Nowhere to start. Nice modern rooms but very compact. 210 guests and only 44 sunbeds available.Alternative is the beach ,350 metres from the hotel ? My bottom, try 1.2 kilometres food mediocre.Drink arrangements no good .Price varied and times also. Too many steps for people with disability. Try it pushing a person in a wheelchair around the place very difficult. I will not return.

Not an all inclusive hotel as such .the staff were very friendly but the pool was small and not enough sun beds to go round. The bar was very limited on drinks only local spirits and there were only a few of them and also only allowed cocktails at certain times and again limited to what was offered or you had to pay. There were no non alcoholic beverages except draught cola or lemonade no non alcoholic beers etc and considering this is an adult only I was surprised at that. My daughter tried the wine it was awful and the local spirits were not good .also bottled water you had to pay for as well. Fortunately there was a supermarket across the road where we bought our own drinks but shouldn’t have to do that on an all inclusive holiday. The food was ltd with variety of food little meat or fish mainly salads and veg I found breakfast to be the best meal but to be fair what was there was nicely cooked. There were no bar snacks as advertised when we booked this the bar snacks consisted of one plate of pizza or small croissants left over from lunch or breakfast but you couldn’t order anything . Ice cream was only available when the restaurant was open so again a trip to the supermarket. The rooms were nice but just a pole hung in the room for your clothes but was clean and beds were okay. The hotel is Close to the beach but need to get a car or taxi to anywhere else.

If you want an all-inclusive holiday sitting by a pool then this place is probably not for you. If you want a base to see the beautiful island of Crete and the occasional breakfast and evening meal then I would recommend this place. We didn’t use the pool at all as it was very small and not near enough sun loungers for the guests but the traditional food was lovely, drinks could have been better. The rooms, although small, were modern and clean. We had a pool view so don’t choose that unless you are happy with listening to the entertainment until late. We loved the area and seen a lot of Crete in the 5 days that we were there. The hotel staff were lovely. Really enjoyed our time here.

I’m currently staying at this hotel and, while the hotel itself is really nice and the majority of the staff have been welcoming and polite, there have been several disappointing aspects of my stay that I feel need to be addressed. The most upsetting experience was with a particular member of staff at the restaurant. I was wearing a bikini cover-up — something I’ve worn regularly without issue — and was told it was unacceptable. I didn’t argue and agreed to leave straight away, but the staff member continued shaking her head, talking about me to other staff members, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. What made this even more frustrating is that I have seen several other guests wearing similar — or even more revealing — clothing and they were not approached or confronted at all. I understand that not everyone may find that kind of clothing appropriate, but the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, and the inconsistency in how rules are applied is disappointing. The food and drinks included in the all-inclusive package have also been extremely disappointing. The quality of the food is very poor — so much so that we’ve ended up eating out most nights, which has pushed us well over our planned budget. The same goes for the drinks. During the day, the options are so limited that we’ve had to buy our own drinks from outside the hotel. If we had known how restricted the food and drink options would be, we honestly wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Housekeeping has also been a major issue. They are extremely slow with cleaning the rooms, and when it is done, the standard is very poor. I’ve also been bitten quite a lot during my stay, and given the lack of cleanliness, it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if this is due to the hygiene conditions in the room. With stray cats regularly coming onto the balcony and sometimes inside, maintaining a clean environment should be a clear priority — but unfortunately, it hasn’t felt that way. Another issue is the limited number of sunbeds around the pool. Unless you’re up very early, there’s a good chance you won’t get one. Many guests have ended up having nowhere to sit and have had to go down to the beach and pay for sunbeds, which shouldn’t be the case at an all-inclusive hotel. A lot of people would put their towels on beds early in the morning — some even throwing towels or belongings down from their balconies — and then not return for hours. This was addressed at one point during our stay, and things improved for a couple of days, but I doubt it will stay that way consistently. My partner has been getting up at 7 a.m. every day to go to the pool and actually stay there to fairly claim a spot, so it’s frustrating to see others bending the rules without consequence. Lastly, the noise levels at night can be excessive. I understand the hotel wants to provide entertainment for its guests, but the music is so loud that even with our balcony doors closed, we could still hear it clearly as if it were inside our room. Overall, although the hotel itself is visually lovely and most of the staff are polite, these issues have significantly affected our stay. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. ⸻
