Gorąco polecam ten mały nie tuzinkowy hotel, przemiła oraz serdeczna obsługa.Pyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie , super wieczorne animacje.Piękna plaża i super rafa. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki, wcielone łóżko. Transfer z lotniska bardzo szybki, wszystko dobyło jest jasno i czytelnie wiec nie mam możliwości aby coś nie zadziało.

The reception is lovely, well light and has air conditioning. The winding staircase to the top floor might be an issue for people with mobility problems. Once on the 1st floor there are shops, a pool table and bar. To play pool it cost 5€ for an hour (hire of balls and cues). The roof top bar is great and the cocktails served are tasty. There is a beauticians, perfume shop, gym and a shop that sell crisps and soda plus one for bags, sunglasses and watches. Please be careful when buying items from the shops - look at soho square and the markets 1st. Throughout the hotel there are numerous flights of stairs and no lifts so anyone with mobility issues would find this a struggle if not impossible to navigate the different levels within the hotel. The grounds are well looked after and the staff do a good job. The rooms my family stayed in were big but looked tired and could do with some TLC. The mattresses are hard and they may not be to everyone’s liking. When taking a shower the water went everywhere and both the shower and bathroom floor became slippery. Another guest shared how they had slipped in the shower and ended up in hospital. You can see that the wood is starting to rot in the bathrooms due to the water going everywhere. Due to this even though the rooms that that the family stayed in were big, I would say that the rooms are 3 star and need anti slip mats in the shower and bathroom. Don’t get caught out with the mini bar in your room - you have to pay for items in there and it’s on the expensive side. One side of the pool is big enough to swim in and the other side is for little ones as it is not deep at all. One of my children slipped when walking towards the sun loungers as when the floor surrounding the pool is wet it does become slippery. After that we always wore flip flops to the pool and back again. When in the pool some of the tiles are uneven and you can feel this underfoot. You can all see that the grout has turned from white to black in some areas. What I found a little strange was a sign saying that there was no life guard on duty and swim at your own risk however a man was walking around the pool with life guard on his T-shirt. The pool side bar serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks plus food. Think pizzas, burgers and hotdogs. The staff are pleasant and will bring your food to your table. The vodka doesn’t taste right, it can leave a strange aftertaste. The alcohol to me doesn’t taste strong. The entertainment staff welcomed us and explained what was happening in terms of activities. Each day there is aerobics in the pool, darts and water polo. The children did say there wasn’t enough variety in terms of things to do to each day to keep them amused and they got bored quickly. This is a quiet, small hotel and would suit couples that would like a bit of peace and quiet or a young family that do not have teenagers who want to be entertained all of the time. PLEASE NOTE - the hotel is in the flight path and the aeroplanes can get a bit loud and low but a positive is that you are not too far from the airport for drop off and pick ups. Of an evening the staff interacted with the guests and put on bingo, shows and quiz’s. They also organised a trip to the Hard Rock Cafe for karaoke at a cost of £20 per person. This included drinks and transport. It needs to be said that the music and singing can be heard throughout the hotel and can be distracting when trying to sleep. The entertainment goes on till between 11pm to midnight. The sister hotel has a beach and is a short 10 minute drive from the hotel in a bus that ferries people to and from. Please note that the sister hotel doesn’t provide alcoholic drinks and only a certain amount of sodas. It is worthwhile asking for a packed lunch (2 sandwiches and an apple per person) to take with you if you are going to spend the day at the beach. You are not allowed to use the sister hotel’s facilities. If you do wish to eat there you will be looking at £15 plus per person for food. Personally I think that is rather cheeky that you do not get free food there. The hotel is not close to shops and restaurants so will have to book taxis to get to places however, the hotel taxi comes in handy and you need to pre book and pay for it. The food at the hotel is not 4 star - after speaking with guests some placed the food at 2 star while others said 3 star. I’ve stayed in 4 star hotels in various countries on the African continent and I would place the food at a 3 star level. It’s only a small hotel with a dinning room to reflect this. The breakfast eggs are cooked in a variety of ways plus cold meats, cheese and breads. There is also fruit and yoghurts. Lunch and dinner have a foods on offer that might not be to everyone’s taste. It’s worth noting that the food is basic. If you like stews and rice you will be okay. Overall this hotel is a 3 star and not a 4 star hotel. After speaking with my family we would not be staying at this hotel again due to the food and limited day time entertainment.

Our family stay at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay was simply wonderful. From the moment we checked in, the welcoming attitude of the staff made us feel right at home. The restaurant was perfect for families—buffets with something for everyone, fresh ingredients, and plenty of healthy options for the kids. The drink stations were always stocked, and we especially appreciated the fresh juices by the pool. The team went out of their way to make sure our children were happy and comfortable, which made our trip truly relaxing. It’s a place where family memories are made, and we’ll definitely be back.
