This property was great. The entertainment was great, the scenery was nice, the rooms were modern and spacious. There are two downsides to the property though. The beach was not as nice as other resorts I’ve been too. The water is shallow and there are virtually no waves. Also, if you are a foodie you might be disappointed. The food is quite inconsistent. Perfectly edible, but very hit or miss. My advice is to try their Dominican food every chance you get, the Dominican buffet was the best meal I had the entire trip.

Where do I start....I have been to Punta Cana 4 times in last 2 years and this resort is not one I will return too. The mood is very somber. Dont think I met more than one or two friendly staff members entire week. Noone was helpful at any point of trip. At first walking into resort went to bar at front lobby and requested water bottles and a shot of Titos. Was told No to a water bottle and given filtered water and told no to Titos cost was 100 dollars per 750ml bottle--which I paid. I booked the upgraded preferred package but only way for top shelf liquir was to purchase whole bottle. The staff members were drinking on the job entire week. Wait til you get to coffee shop--both girls there were very bothered by any drink you ordered--mostly on cell phones entire time. I am not sure if all of these positive reviews are paid for, but there were 3 other familys here that echoed my entire experience. The resort is beautiful and the beach is smelly which is all the beaches in Punta Cana at times. Food was 4 out of 6 so not bad at all. Im just so glad we didnt come to this resort first or I probably wouldnt ever come back. Saw zero management entire week. Tried to book spa but was told they had left for day try back tomorrow on two seperate occasions--this was at 4 with closing time of 6. So they missed out on another 300 dollars because of poor service--definately a two star resort.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. I feel it’s important to share detailed feedback so that future guests are not faced with the same issues we encountered. • Our bathroom had a persistent foul odor, and we noticed cockroaches during our stay. • Room service was extremely poor. It took three days just to have our mini fridge refilled with water. • Our shower was non-functional for two days, and despite repeated requests, the issue was not addressed promptly. • The front desk was unhelpful with every concern we brought to them. We were unable to make reservations without offering cash directly to staff, which was unprofessional and frustrating. • There was no bathtub stopper available throughout our stay. • Amenities like the included hydro massage were never mentioned to us — we only found out by chance. • Most bars closed unusually early, and the quality of drinks was poor. • The food was mediocre overall. The steakhouse was particularly disappointing, with the buffet being the only consistently enjoyable option. • The pool had no lighting at night, and on top of that, people were swimming into our private pool area with no staff enforcement. • Our TV didn’t work, and we were told it was due to the IT team being there — something that should not impact guest experience. • The room lacked basic necessities like an iron or steamer, and the coffee machine didn’t work. The only positive aspect of our stay was the entertainment staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to engage guests. Unfortunately, this level of service did not extend to the rest of the staff, many of whom were rude or seemed bothered when approached. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of your service and facilities.
