Serenade All Suites, Adults Only Resort

Nice location and very friendly staff. Lots of good food (nothing super crazy but wouldn't expect that at an all inclusive), occasional activities (beach party, Dominican dance/music show with food, etc.) that add to the environment and options on site to plan excursions away from the resort to see other parts of the island. Room was really nice and had everything you could ask for thought sometimes the fridge re-stocks on used items were a few days behind (ended up with lots of sodas/drinks we didn't want and none of the ones we actually drunk). Regardless, there was always a drink available somewhere else by the pools or in the lobby. The staff also went out of their way to make the experience special--especially for my spouse who was celebrating her birthday. The spa services she took advantage of on her birthday (on the family side where you also have access) were also great. Felix, who was our personal point of contact, was super responsive and helpful throughout the week we stayed. If we ever chose to travel to the DR again in the future, this would definitely be a good option to return to.

Spaghetti is the real deal. Very friendly and kind. Makes you feel included. Love him ❤️ haven’t done water aerobics in many years but did it yesterday and loved it. The food is incredible and Spaghetti invited us to the real Dominican dinner and entertainment tonight. I am here with four other people and he has continued to keep us informed of the days activities. And he remembered all of our names.

We had a fantastic stay. The entertainment crew was amazing. Spaghetti was the best! We enjoyed the daytime and evening entertainment the staff were all friendly. When you come ask for Spaghetti! He's amazing. The restaurants were all good, the pools beautiful and the beach fantastic
