Radisson Blu Resort Split

We have chosen the hotel via booking.com and had a good experience. Restaurant was great and they had a large choice for breakfast, not really a standard for hotels nowadays. Rooms were clean and aircon was decent. Overall a positive experience

We had a lovely time in Croatia. It was not the first time, but the first time in this nice hotel, and we did not regret staying there. We had all that we could have asked for and can really recommend the hotel to everyone. The Breakfast is spectacular.

Very surprised at the lack of service after paying a premium. I reached here at midnight after a long flight, was told at the reception that I could call them if I needed anything. Get to my room and the room was warm , nothing in the minibar in the room, so I called the reception several times and there was no response. In the morning, I found there was no iron in the room. When I called at 6am, I was told that the iron was provided only for apartments and that room service would provide it only at 7am. I told him that I had tried calling the previous night and he said, ’sorry but I’m the only one here and I can’t respond to take all calls from guests’, ’I don’t make decisions here’ etc. Anyway, rooms are very basic, bathroom had a shower that didn’t stay in place, AC cannot be adjusted etc. There is a beach but that’s about it, nothing close by. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
