Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Hotel jest pięknie położony, mnóstwo zieleni, bardzo czysto, pokoje przestronne dobrze wyposażone. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Strefa basenowa czysta, spokojna i zapewniająca różne aktywności. Wieczorami liczne atrakcje muzyczne na żywo w godzinach 19.30 do 22.30. Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej dzielnicy z pięknym widokiem na ocean.

Super hotel pod każdym względem Jedzenie pyszne Wieczory z artystami urokliwe Polecam Wrócimy ponownie w przyszłym roku na Święta bożonarodzeniowe Polecamy !!!!!! Obsługa piersza klasa. Luiza is magical, Dominik super,Leila fantastów, Ropi genius.

This was our second time spending our holiday at Meliá Jardines del Teide because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The main reason is the exceptionally friendly staff – everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Angelica and Ariell, for example, always welcomed us so warmly at mealtimes and did everything they could to make us feel at home. Thanks to them, we truly felt at home, which is why we decided to come back right after our first trip. It is honestly the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and the food is absolutely delicious. The grounds are stunning and feel like a lush garden, making it the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back soon!

Lovely hotel, all reception staff were friendly and attentive. Room a good size for 3 people, great to have full length hanging space in the wardrobe, and a double sink. We were half board and food a really high standard and the outside seating area is fantastic. Pool area good, we always got a sunbed although as we came towards the end of our week people were starting to reserve them earlier and earlier. Fernandez who does the water activities was really good and a really good selection of things to try. Special mention to Kevin and Lucas who did a great job of getting everyone up and dancing on an evening, it has to be one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, everyone chatting and dancing was lovely to see. A very big thank you to Jonathan for being a fantastic server, always attentive and made our holiday. Would definitely recommend we had a blast x

Honest review and it hope it helps the hotel do better and any future guests…… Good Points Nice quick check in, lovely spacious room, amazing views over Tenerife, breakfast buffet best meal of the day as evening buffet is a little beige. Bad Points It’s not wrote on hotel website or through travel carrier such as Jet2 that when you upgrade to Level that the Level pool and Level lounge where drinks and snacks are for Level guests only are on two different floor levels, no where near the Level pool where you’d be sunbathing and you are not allowed to bring anything back to your sun lounger. You are not verbally told this, it’s wrote in a letter pack you are given. Honestly I had not read it and we both got told off by the rudest members of the Level staff. Complained about the rudeness to a GM Maria. Who wanted to apologise and make things right with two options…Remove Level and swap it out for AI (we where HB with Level upgrade) which means we could then have day drinks at our sun loungers or upgrade to AI on top of our exciting Level upgrade at a discount -€65 pp per day is a lot of money to have the luxury to have 2-3 day drinks at the pool and we typically don’t do lunch so AI isn’t worth the extra money on top of what is already an expensive holiday. There was then problems between the hotel and Jet 2 on doing the down grade from Level and swap out for AI which was offered initially by Maria as a swap. Next day that quickly changed after many exchanged emails and calls that there will be a charge of €300 something that was originally offered as a swap changed to an increased cost (some apology please pay more). When wanting to discuss this again with Maria she rang me at a bad moment and asked for a call back in an hour. That never materialised or did she make any effort over our last 4 days of holidays to explain herself or apologise for the lies - avoided. Only go to this hotel if you are prepared to be AI or AI and Level and not that if you are just HB and Level be prepared if you want a day time drink or snack sit away from your lounger and consume anything you have in a particular area as we got followed by staff for taking a coke in my Stanley cup and asked to pour it out!! This is just a way to make more money as if you want a drink at your Level pool and not AI you pay for it and it’s charged to your room. Also keep tabs on your room charging. They had extra charges added to my bill without my signature. Also you will be teased with a welcome gift, don’t fall for it. You are asked to attend a meeting about what I can only describe as a new version of a time share with MELIÁ. So be careful what you book if you don’t want to be caught with a lot of charges, staff need to brush up on customer service including the GM. Won’t return and it’s sad as I’ve had good previous experiences Melia just not Melia Tenerife. Don’t be fooled by fancy social media influencers it’s all style of substance.
