Lovely holiday
Lots of good but a few negatives so let's start there. 1. The beds were rock hard (I personally didn't mind this) but my husband who had damage to his spine struggled so much to get a comfortable night's sleep, they could definitely do with some softer mattresses. 2. While the restaurant had lots to offer the labelling of the food was not brilliant and a complete allergens nightmare, things like sauce (okay fair enough it's a sauce but what kind of sauce) same with the dessert it was just listed as moose (no clue as to the flavour) and nearly every single chicken dish contained mushroom so most nights I could just eat chips and plain pasta. 3. While it was warm out the pool was absolutely freezing so we only went in there once, they should probably extend the time on having the pool heated to maybe june/July time to make it more enjoyable. Now for the positive points. 1. The pillows were so soft and fluffy I just wish there was 2 of them. 2. Lots of food options available (although I've put this in my cons that's down to allergens, husband tried nearly everything and enjoyed most of it. 3. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when we needed something. 4. While extremely cold the pools were a lovely size. 5. Great location, no matter which way you look you have a fantastic view whether it be the airport, the sea or the mountains, we had airport/sea view which we loved (both my husband and myself are big aviation geeks) so it was lovely for us chilling on the balcony of an evening seeing the planes take off and landing While tracking to see where they'd come from. We have already looked at returning again later on in the year. For a first time doing an all-inclusive holiday over all we were very impressed.
