Hotel Elba Carlota Beach

Bit of a rollercoaster of a trip. Firstly the reception area is beautiful however the male reception staff is a little rude but the rest are lovely and helpful! We had a free room upgrade which was delightful however we did have to wait a while as room wasn’t ready when we arrived from the airport. Once we got to the room there was ants all over the bed so contacted reception who dealt with this issue quickly and sent a cleaner up to change the bedding. The pool area is stunning and the animation team are incredible! The different theme nights for food is great. Sadly the day before we were flying home I noticed my memory foam neck pillow had been taken from my room, contacted reception and spoke to the male who didn’t seem to care. The morning after I went to reception and the lady was Lovley and told me she would speak to the house keeping regarding the missing item and that afternoon the item was returned which was nice. The item had originally been on top of my suitcase so why it was taken was confusing but it was returned thankfully. Overall I wouldn’t return and the hotel is a little far from the town so not suitable if you struggle to walk long areas especially as not many places to sit down for stops.

Recommend taxi from airport to hotel as it takes about 10 minutes for 16€ . About 15-20 walk to Shops and Bars. 8 mins by scooter. If your flights are late evening- Normal checkout time - 12pm Late checkout - 2pm (20€) Latest checkout - 6pm (35€)

Belle prestation pour cette hotel bien située,PERSONNEL très sympathique, bonne équipe d'animation. Le seul Hic, cela concerne la t arificatin, Un Enfant de 7 ans paye le même tarif qu'un ADULTE. Alors dans dans la majorité des clubs , Hotels et autres, les tarifs sont dégresifs selon l'age des enfants.
