Hotel Renzi

I’ll keep it short and sweet - Hotel manager is rude beyond belief. Took a school group here and he physically assaulted a 14 year old! Would avoid this place at all costs until they replace him - shame because the other staff are lovely! The food is good and rooms are nice and clean. Unfortunately you cannot guarantee your safety with a volatile manager in charge! Plenty of other places to stay in Folgarida and I would urge you to choose anywhere else!

Excellent, reasonably priced hotel, very clean and with friendly staff. Close proximity to ski slopes and ski hire a big plus. The food was an excellent standard, very varied and friendly, professional waiters. The bar area was welcoming and quite intimate and the reception staff were very helpful and efficient

Nice cozy Hotel close to the ski lift (200m walk), free ski lockers, nice restuarant, good value. Hotel has a pool table, bar and common area. Sauna available at 10euros PP - needs to be pre booked 45 min slot. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and very warm.

We had a wonderful holiday time at Renzi hotel with our family and friends. Kids and family- friendly place where you can enjoy your free time with a glass with aperol-spiritz in your hand, always seeing the hotel's owner smiling. Very helpful and kind workers who made our vacations so special. Although everything and everyone deserves an award, for us the biggest congratulations should go to the cook and his/her team and of course very friendly waiters. The food was just marvelous. We had never eaten such perfect italian home dishes as those. Thanks to them our dinner time was an unique suprise everyday. Having a ski lift so close to the hotel, just after breakfast we could take our legs up to the hill and enjoy val di sole's sun. Perfect place for perfect holidays. Hope to come back there one day :)

Sono appena tornato da una vacanza di 6 notti trascorsa presso lo Smart hotel Renzi di Folgarida ed ho capito il perchè dell'appellativo SMART. Evidentemente si ispira alle dimensioni della famosa microcar. Qui infatti è tutto micro: la camera è micro, il bagno è micro (mt.1,30Xmt.2,00 praticamente le misure del solo box doccia di casa mia), le finestrelle sono micro etc.etc. Con l'arredamento si fa un tuffo nel passato, almeno agli anni "70 del secolo scorso con tanto di moquette a terra, molto consumata e con strani aloni (ma è igienica?). Sinceramente a tutto questo avrei sorvolato perchè non voglio mai rovinarmi una vacanza ma, ahimè, a rovinarla ci ha pensato il direttore/proprietario il quale alla mia richiesta di poter avere due panini a colazione, per intenderci quelli classici trentini che tutti conosciamo, ottimi la mattina con burro e marmellata, egli in modo maleducato (a dir poco!) testualmente rispondeva:" so quanto spendete e per quello che pagate il buffet è già troppo così". Ebbene io ho fatto notare che per 6 notti in mezza pensione per due persone 780 euro mi sembravano più che sufficienti per chiedere 2 panini la mattina. La maleducazione e la supponenza dimostrata meritava una risposta a tono, ma io ho ricevuto una ottima educazione e non ho reagito all'insulto. Un buffet colazione povero e misero come all'hotel Renzi in vita mia non l'ho mai visto; in comprenso a colazione chi vuole una omelette la deve pagare! Vedi foto. Scandaloso!
