La Quiete Bike Hotel

Spędziliśmy 9 dni w tym hotelu. Mieliśmy pokój typu superior, z bardzo dużym balkonem. W pokoju było również duże i czyste. Jedzenie było dobre, a obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Śniadanie można zjeść outsite. Jezioro jest rzeczywiście tylko 50 metrów. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu w tym hotelu.

Very quaint hotel. This was 1 of eight hotels from my Italian trip. They didn't have the best showers. It was small and leaked and shower head was stopped up. The AC worked as well as the safe. Staff was very nice too!

We stayed in this hotel for a week in july and we had a very good holiday here. The hotel is a bit oldfashioned in a very charming italian way and it is situated in a beautyfull spot very near to the lake. Fantastic view from the(very big) balcony. There is not aircondition in all rooms, but it was ok for us and we knew that before we booked. The staff at the hotel were freindly- especially the young man in the reception, who was very helpfull and very good at speaking english. We had half board at the hotel and we can recommend it. The breakfast was fine and the dinners were excellent, We were very impressed by the big salad and vegetable buffet we had evey day as the first of 4 dishes. The restaurant was children friendly : the doors were open to the garden where the children could play once in a while. It was also very nice that softdrinks/ and coffea was included in the halfboard from 10-17-30. We had also 2 sorts of soda included at the dinner. We dident ecpected that. The only thing we thought wasent satisfying about the hotel was the parking which we had to pay for. We dont think that is ok. Manerba and the area around the hotel is very quiet and seemed to be a bit far from everything. There was only very few shops. Right across the hotel there was little shop in the campingsite- the only one in the neigbohood. We can recommend to visit the friday market in Manerba and to visit "Isola di san biagio"- the rabbit island. There is a taxaboat from the habor. All in all we liked the hotel and we recommend it: beautyfull and charming hotel and exellent food.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the pebble beach of Lake Garda from which you can hire boats, swim or take the ferry to other locations around the lake. The hotel is old but well kept and cleaned, the rooms are of a decent size with a good sized en suite. The breakfast buffet is good. The dinners are good, they pick a cuisine from an area of Italy every evening, if something is not to you liking they are happy to provide an alternative. The area is fantastic for walking. For something close the rabbit island is very cute and for a longer trip the castle on the nearby hill is worth going to then continuing along the cliff tops for excellent views. There are a multitude of castles in the area which can be reached by bike, which the hotel will hire.

When I arrived at La Quiete Park Hotel at Manerba del Garda, Elena welcomed me very friendly and my stay felt like home very quickly! With its welcoming facade and charming garden, I totally enjoyed the extraordinary beauty of the surroundings in piece and quiet. After I checked in, Elena showed me my cozy double room, which includes two wardrobes, en suite, a desk, an armchair and a pleasant outlook. I especially liked the small vanity in the bathroom where I could put all my cosmetics. Breakfast was available from 7.30 am with bread, cake, biscuits, milk, tea, juices, yogurt, jams, fruits, cereals, toast, eggs, cheeses and meats. I always had an extensive and tasty breakfast outside at the garden. The dinner started with a big salad buffet and continued with a three-course menu. Those, who wish to work off the calories before or after breakfast or dinner, are more than welcome to play tennis, go for a swim or rent a bike. These facilities are all free of course.
