From the day we arrived at the hotel, everything was very good the food very nice the cleanliness of the rooms is very good , the friendly of the interested staff and other staff in the bar made us happy, the shows are very nice and the entertainment is wonderful, Silan and the Buket who work there are magnificent, they are very good at their job and kids club Buse , Sevim thank you ❤️❤️

Our holiday didn’t exactly get off to an amazing start when Easyjet sent an email the day before travel to offer a cancellation or change of hotel due to ongoing minor cosmetic work-this didn’t exactly give us much time to make any changes so we proceeded with the holiday with an open mind(holiday was booked in Feb in absolutely no mention of building work going on at that time!) First impressions on arrival at 10.30pm were very positive-prompt check in,a quick run down of the hotel layout and shown to the room. Our room was amazing-superior double with side Seaview which had a king size bed,single bed and an additional sofa with a massive balcony-perfect for 2 adults and a 13yr old. Then our first visit to the 24/7 restaurant Timeless which was delicious and very quick service-an excellent start to our stay. However next morning we realised that it was a little more than ‘cosmetic work’ that was going on in the hotel-we were in a room that was a few doors down from the full Seaview rooms which were obviously undergoing major transformations-banging,drilling and a constant flow of workmen up our corridor.At first this wasn’t too much of an inconvenience,but the 2nd morning the drilling was so loud in our room at 8.15am that I had to contact Guest relations who ‘took a note of my concern’. The ongoing work seemed to get less as the week went on however it was very visible and audible from the slide pool (welding sparks and drilling above here),the main pool and the main ‘street’.The constant flow of workmen and builders was very evident. In saying all this we did have a somewhat pleasant holiday PROs *Hotel is stunning,rooms are fabulous and views are amazing *Great choice of places to eat and food is gorgeous and cocktails fabulous *Majority of staff are absolutely fantastic and can’t do enough for you *Darts and Zumba were great fun during the day *Bon Bon patisserie stunning *Slides are great fun CONs *Service in the restaurants very hit and miss *Ricotta restaurant was a complete miss for us-we were there for 1hr 45mins-offered one drink this entire time and served cold main courses (lasagne and steak)while the empty starter plates were still on the table-we left hungry *very limited activities during the day-not much atmosphere around the main pool *No indication of evening entertainment or sports events showing in Grano Bar-the hotel really need information boards for these I would however really like to highlight a few members of staff who were exceptional -Capan Ali in Grano was outstanding always working so hard and always had a smile and kind word for everyone -Kursad was fantastic in the evening buffet,always got us a table and remembered our drinks order every night -Furkan in fish restaurant was fab -Osman was great fun at the darts,also Samet who alongside Osman had a very fun impromptu game of football with a few of the boys Also the lady who took the Zumba class was amazing and very patient!!!! Would I return to Liberty Signa-maybe ina few years when all of the above issues have been fixed-this hotel has the potential to be amazing. I am hoping by the time this review is posted that the building work will be complete and that others will receive the 5 ⭐️ holiday that I most definitely paid for but didn’t receive.

We were very pleased with the holiday we had at the hotel. Everything was very nice, especially the activities from the Mini Club. We are very happy with our experience and our time together! We Are very pleased with ms Bude and sevim Food and drinking is good. Cleaning is also good. And my son linkes the gym
