Wonderful time for family of five with young kids
Wonderful time for a family of five (with 3 boys 8/10/12yrs). We reserved through booking.com and they were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms (with a complementary upgrade to ocean front). Our flight from SFO arrived 7am, and while our rooms were not ready until 3pm, we had full access to the resort. The staff is polite and accommodating, the resort impeccably maintained, food and entertainment options are plentiful. But you have to have reasonable expectations, as it’s still “mass produced luxury”. Don’t expect One and Only service or Ruth’s Chris steakhouse food. The themed restaurants were not the best and the buffet had more options and better food in our opinion. We would definitely go back.
