Enorme Santanna Island

Christofas was amazing! So professional and kind. One of the best treatments i’ve ever had! The hotel is zo clean and the personal is zo kind and helpfull. The accomodation just perfect.

Relaxing experience, very well looked after by very friendly massage therapist Dimitrios Rosteas. Looked after me well and made sure I was comfortable. Would definitely use his services again if I return to Enorme Santanna Island.

I have mixed reviews on this hotel. we went as a family of 4 to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday and were given 2 wonderful rooms near each other........but the air con was terrible we couldn't get one room below 28 and the other below 25 we had the engineer out 3 times and we kept being told it fine! We went to reception on the second night as when we went to go to bed it was just unbearable, cooler outside then in the room. After a bit of an argument and being told it would have to wait till the morning we did get moved to some upgraded rooms that were great. The restaurant's you can only book once you arrive and you can not book for 4 people you have to book on each room so we went to ask reception to help book them but they would not help and we just had to book for 3 and all 4 turn up or 2 separate bookings that sometimes didn't have the same time slot! They only had late time slots left and when we arrived there were not many people at the restaurant. You are not allowed cocktails with dinner you were only allowed to order wine or beer even though its the same bar that your have got cocktails from during the day! When we came to pack at the end of the holiday my daughters trainers had been taken! We asked reception in the morning to look into it and chased them and no one did anything about it. So just as we were leaving we asked a manager and she didn't even know anything about it and made us feel like we were making it up not that a cleaner had actually taken my daughters Nike trainers. We still have not got this resolved as all they keep saying is they are checking! We are hoping for compensation on this. The last bad thing was we had all inclusive and when we went to check out at 11am they had to cut our wrist bands off and gave us just a voucher to cover lunch and a drink at lunch so we were not allowed to have full access to everything on our last day. We didn't arrive until 10pm on the first day so I do not understand why they would not let us have full access for the 7 days we were there! But what is good the hotel is lovely the rooms are great if air con is working the pool areas are amazing, the food is not bad, a lot of the bar and restaurant staff are amazing and friendly (Reception Staff are not!). The Aperol bar is great if you like Aperol.

Wonderful experience at the spa. Ioahha was very attentive and ensured I had a calming and relaxing session. Would recommend anybody visiting this resort to try one of the spa treatments, it really adds to the relaxing holiday experience.

A wonderful hotel with lots of nice drinks , food and views !! We had an amazing time there and looking forward to come back . I don’t understand the negative comments . All the staff are doing their best . Also many thanks to Vagelis the bar manager always helping us with a smile on his face !
