Hotel jest piekny ,widoki niesamowite .Mielismy pokoj z basenem na krawedzi z duzym tarasem .Pokoj nowoczesny idealny.Basen glowny bardzo ładny.Najwieksza wada to słabe sniadania .czy naprawde uwazacie ze na sniadanie wszystkim wystarczy lisc salaty??i plasterek “szynki” no te ilosci w bufecie sa troche śmieszne zwlaszcza salaty i warzyw bo grecka juz wygladala ok.Chleb codzien w bufecie byl czerstwy.Sniadanie mozna wybrac z karty ,sprobowalosmy jajek po bededyktynsku -surowe bialko na suchym chlebie ktorego nie dalo sie pokroic ,kanapka z awokado-awokado ciemne nie swieze i tu tez jajko zle przyrzadzone a chleb spieczony na suchara ktorgo nie mozna kroic,jajecznica to kolejna grecka tragedia :) wygladala jak by ktos wlasnie cos zwrocil na talerz bo byla z pomidorami .bardzo to nie smaczne bylo.cena za hotel przystepna w pazdzierniku polecam!! My partner and I stayed one week at Acro Suites, end of June, beginning of July in a cave suite which had amazing views! 🤩 the room was lovely and cool and the pool was very inviting! We had a good experience overall but the choice of food was slightly disappointing, the menu didn’t really change at the Cremnos restaurant and due to me being pescatarian the fish selection seemed limited, except for seafood which I don’t like and the vegetarian menu was based around lots of dishes with sauces and rich in taste. The room needed a freshen up in places, a few scuff marks and paint work needed re doing and the outside panelling also needed freshening up. The location was remote and unless you had a car to get about then you wouldn’t really have access to other places, we hired a car and had little adventures to Rethymno and Agios Nikolaos as we like to get out and about. All the staff were polite and friendly and good customer service skills. We visited the beach near the Seaside hotel but wasn’t inviting and the beach in Agia Pelagia was busy but lovely views on the cliffs. We trained at the gym and did struggle to get onto the cardio machines so have to choose your time wisely. It was a wonderful experience overall with beautiful sunrise and sunsets 🌅

I'm a bit late in writing this review, but every time I close my eyes I'm taken back to this amazing place. It is the most beautiful place I've ever been, it's what I imagine heaven to look like. Everything is perfect, from the architecture, the food, the staff, the atmosphere, I honestly couldn't fault our stay. We chose Acro Suites for our honeymoon and we are so happy we have found this gem of a resort. After looking through many luxury hotels we found Acro Suites and were instantly shocked by the reasonable price for the level of luxury. We almost believed it was too good to be true. It really wasn't, it was absolute perfection. Our holiday was wonderful and we are already planning a return trip. We stayed in one of the loft suites and it was incredible. Everyday our room was cleaned, pool was checked, towels replaced, I was even provided luxury face wipes. I packed so many products, as I always do when going on holiday, but I didn't use these as there was products in the room that smelled sensational. The view from our suite was breathtaking. We got up twice to watch the sunrise from our room, in the gowns and slippers provided, and watched the sunset every night which was equally as beautiful. The resort is in the perfect location and we even saw people parking up from other areas to watch the sunset as it really was the perfect view. Also, the room had an actual pillow menu. I have never seen this before and thought it was such a lovely touch. Another highlight of our trip was the food. Every mouthful was delicious, we didn't think each meal could be beaten, everything was the best thing we have ever eaten! The food was fresh, the flavours perfectly combined, the portions just right, and you could really see how much effort had been put into each dish. We decided to include evening meals in our stay and we are so glad we did. The menu changed each night and the variety was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I recommend the Acro Pancakes! Lastly, I want to give a massive thank you to the staff. We really bonded with the beautiful staff at Acro Suites. Just to name a few - Daniela, Georgia, Christos, Adonis, Eva, Maria, Eddie, Nadia, Michalis, Christophorous, and Valeria, you were so professional, welcoming, friendly, attentive, and kind. You really made an impact on us, as did all the staff. They work so hard and you can tell they love what they do. I cannot wait to see you all again! Also a special mention to Sara and Elisa who work in the Spa, the massages we both had were out of this world. We were lucky enough to have 8 incredible days at Acro Suites. We feel really blessed we had such a perfect honeymoon. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Acro Suites. I cannot wait to return. Nowhere compares to this resort 🤍🤍

The hotel itself is a solid 5/5 — beautiful, comfortable, and well worth the premium. However, the onsite restaurant, Cremnos, is a major letdown. Unfortunately, there’s no separate place to leave a review for the restaurant, so I’m doing it here. The food at Cremnos tries to be fine dining but misses the mark completely. One of our dishes was so poorly prepared we had to send it back, and overall the experience felt more like a fake Michelin attempt than an actual quality dining experience. To make matters worse, the pricing is outrageous — easily 3x what you’d pay elsewhere for much better food. And they’re not receptive to feedback, which is disappointing. When you’re paying $800+ a night for a hotel, you’d expect the onsite dining to be at least decent — not an overpriced afterthought. Luckily, there are some fantastic hole-in-the-wall spots less than a mile away that offer far better food, better service, and much better value.

We had a wonderful stay at the Acro Suites. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The private infinity pools are incredible. The staff is very kind and helpful and I would particularly like to recognize Georgia for her support during our stay. The location of the resort is so incredibly beautiful and serene. Great location, excellent food and kind staff. It was a wonderful way to experience Crete.
