قضينا اياما رائعة ولاتنسا وكانت تجربة فريدة فعلا من الوصول والخدمات والنشاطات والنظافة والطعام كلها كانت رائعة واستمتعنا بحمام السباحة الدافىء والمعاملة اللطيفة للموظفين جميعا وبالاخص السيد تامر في الاستقبال كان ودودا جدا واستمتع اطفالي ايضا بالنشاطات والالعاب. شكرا لكم من القلب

We stayed 15 amazing days at beach albatross aqua park with our 2 kids and friends. My very first thank you is to Kristina at the kids club. She is a just amazing and kindhearted. We keep her and the team in our hearts. The hotel is always clean the water park amazing for everyone to enjoy there were always lifeguards and staff to watch over and support. Ice cream time was a delight. Our rooms were great and always very clean we had some wonderful treats with towels and sculptures made. Food has a pretty good variety we were sad it was not yet mango season. We went to Cairo and Luxor and were provided breakfast bags. The beach could be more natural instead of making bays for each hotel it takes the beauty away. Our worst experience was my daughter skipped and “broke” sprained her foot on the very first day The hotel clinic was fast to act but a rip off on the bill. Way over any European and American prices. 25€ for a box of ibuprofen that was not even a child dose. The shopping mall store in front of the hotel are also expensive so go to the Senzo mal and buy everything you need at the grocery store.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Wir haben viele Jahre in Ihrem Beach Albatros Resort Hurghada Urlaub gemacht. Tolles Hotel und exzellenter Service. Wir sind ältere Menschen. Bitte installieren Sie am Strand ein Geländer zum Betreten des Meeres (vom Hauptstrand und zum Betreten des Korallenriffs). Zuvor wurde mehrmals danach gefragt, aber es ist noch nicht getan... Horrible à fuir !! Plus de 4h d'attente dans le hall de l'hôtel avant d'obtenir les chambres réservées et bien-sûr payées avant notre arrivée sous prétexte que l'agence locale ne les avait payés à son tour. Il a fallu fortement insister pour enfin les avoir afin de pouvoir aller se reposer du voyage. 2 chambres séparées de 3 étages alors que nous avions demandé à être proche pour veiller sur nos enfants. Personnel froid et désagréable surtout à la réception et aux bars d'autant plus si on ne commande que de l'eau et pas d'alcool. La plage est horrible loin de l'hôtel à pieds, on dirait un vieux port avec une forte odeur de fioul et des cadavres de méduses. La restauration est acceptable mais rien qui éveille les papilles, dans les standards des hôtels de ce genre. Toboggans interdit aux gros et les animations ne sont pas aux rendez-vous. Pas non plus de club enfants, dommage avec toutes ces piscines et toboggans. Bref on vous accueille avec un grand sourire si vous avez de l'argent à dépenser chez eux et que vous êtes avait bien payé la facture avant de prendre l'avion. Aucun geste commercial pour s'excuser du traitement à l'arrivée. Pas non plus d'explications sur le fonctionnement des restaurants et pas de code wifi fourni. Le seul point positif est le nettoyage des espaces communs et des chambres qui sont très propres. Je n'y mettrais plus les pieds, je déconseille fortement.

Отель располагает великолепным пляжем в просторной лагуне, надежно защищенной двумя насыпными пирсами. Вас ждет протяженная береговая линия и дополнительное пляжное оборудование на самих пирсах. Пологий песчаный вход в воду делает купание комфортным и безопасным, специальная обувь не потребуется. Небольшие камушки на дне не доставят неудобств. Глубина нарастает постепенно, примерно через 7 метров, что позволяет быстро насладиться плаванием. Приятным бонусом является отсутствие ощутимых отливов. Отель располагает внушительной водной инфраструктурой, включающей восемь бассейнов. Центральный, самый большой бассейн удобно расположен рядом с пляжем. Остальные бассейны органично вписаны в территорию отеля. Любителей водных развлечений порадуют две высокие горки, расположенные в отдельном бассейне. Для маленьких гостей предусмотрен неглубокий бассейн с простым комплексом горок. Отель располагает обширной территорией, которая функционально разделена главным зданием, являющимся основным жилым корпусом. Главный корпус находится в непосредственной близости от пляжа и предлагает размещение в стандартных и семейных номерах. За основным зданием расположены корпуса бунгало, которые идеально подходят для семей с детьми. Именно в этой части отеля сосредоточена вся развлекательная инфраструктура. Анимация обычная а экскурсии лучше взять не у отельного гида а в местных компаниях. Я рекомендую Grand utopia travel цены отличные и организованно все очень хорошо. Ищите их сайт в интернете по названию. Мы брали индивидуальную в Каир а из морских остров оранж. Нам очень понравилось. Ну и о питании. В целом хорошо. В альбатросах вообще с питанием проблем нет.
