Review for Uriel Flores – Viva Wyndham Miches Resort (Water Sports Team) I want to take a moment to recognize Uriel Flores, who works at the beach with the water sports team at Viva by Wyndham. Uriel stood out to our family for his calm presence and professional attitude throughout our stay. He was always patient and willing to listen, making the effort to understand us clearly and respond helpfully—even in moments of busy activity. He kept everything running smoothly, especially when it came to organizing paddleboarding, kayaking, and catamaran rentals. Uriel was consistent in making sure parents signed the proper waivers, showing that he takes safety seriously while still being very accommodating and friendly. Our experience on the beach was made even better because of his attentiveness and warm demeanor. Thank you, Uriel, for making our time at Viva so memorable. You represent the resort well! No Seagasam!

I enjoy my stay at Viva Wyndham Miches. The beach was calm and no seagassum. The food at the buffet was good. The drinks was horrible, management have to work on that, this didn't affect me as I am not much of a drinker. There was issues, with room like the bathroom door and the sliding door to the balcony but it was fixed immediately once you report it. I find that the resort cater for there Italian client, because the animation team mostly speak Italian and Spanish. If you looking for a relatively reasonable all inclusive I will recommend this resort it was good value. This is not really a place for young people needing to party, the majority of guest is seniors. But If you want a quiet resort where you do your own thing I high recommend staying here. I enjoy it and looking forward to returning. The staff don't speak much English, management should train them if they want more English speaking guest.

I was nervous when I read some of these reviews, but we’ve just had a great week with family. Currently just killing time waiting for our airport transfer home wishing we could say for another week. The beach is amazing. The staff are amazing. We’ve met some lovely people. I really enjoyed the food at the main buffet, but can see if you’re a fussy eater or not willing to try new things this may be an issue for you. I’m probably used to a bigger complex with more bars and restaurants, but I’ve realised small is beautiful. Nipping back to the room for forgotten things isn’t a drama from anywhere in the hotel. We had the best day on the snorkelling trip, no long transfers for this, you literally walk off the beach and on to the boat. This is the best $55 I’ve ever spent. Shout out to Hanles Martinez for arranging this for us. I would say however the à la carte restaurants could do with some finessing. There were also occasions where an extra couple of bar staff at the pool bar would have been useful. There are a few rough edges in places, but this is a new hotel. Things that I’m sure will be improved. But I prefer to call these Caribbean charm.. The Viva app is worth downloading for see what is going on. Would I come back? Yes, 100%. For the money we’ve paid this is the cheapest way to float in the Caribbean sea with a piña colada.
