Hotel jest przepięknie położony , wygodny i urządzony ze smakiem. Strefa basenów, saun, sal fitness nie ma sobie równych. Kuchnia przepełniona jest najwyższej jakości produktami i smakami, do których chce się wracać. Na miejscu możesz wypożyczyć sprzęt narciarski, a prywatny bus zawiezie cię pod sam stok. Pokoje są duże i bardzo dobrze wygłuszone. Całości dopełnię niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Po prostu cudowne miejsce !

I go every year to Kitzbuhel and stay at this hotel! One of my favorites and I’ve traveled all over the world. This trip was made particularly special by Kenzo! One of the most attentive employees I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend! From the first minute you walk into the building, the staff makes you feel right at home. The new towers are great however I still like the main building best because of its character. One of the best spas in the world for after ski relaxation. The breakfast buffet is the best in the business. Shuttle transfers to town and to the mountains run efficiently, and on time. I look forward to going one year during the summer to experience their golf course which looks beautiful. Can’t wait to be back.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. All the staff were wonderful, so kind and friendly, especially when I had injured myself skiing and they couldn’t have been better - one member of staff even spotted me on my crutches and ran out of one of the restaurants to alter the height of my crutches for me to make it easier. And the massage I had with Anna in the spa after my ski injury was amazing - she was so talented and kind. We had great meals in both restaurants and also enjoyed a few drinks in the Cooper bar. Our room was lovely, really modern but cosy and with a beautiful view of the mountains. We loved it!

Overall the hotel itself has amazing facilities. Positives -The room was spacious and had nice views - The spa is lovely. Maybe kids pool could have one or more things for older kids. - Restaurant lools great and the food is excellent. The NYE dinner was also great and well organized. - Bar service was also efficient. - Kids club staff seem really nice and it stays open late. They really make an effort - Most of the staff are really nice and try to help but they are completely overwhelmed. Negatiges - Too few staff - Lack of proper training in many cases. Lack of management coverage at front desk. - Shuttle service does not have enough buses and long wait times to get one. When a bus arrives everyone rushes and people argue over who was waiting first. The hotel doesn't manage this. It leaves people waiting outside with children in the cold. A proper response would be to organize extra bus or taxi if people get left behind. Sometimes when you call up to order a shuttle for return you get through to a call centre in Germany and are told they will send an email about it. - Long waits to get menu/drink in restaurant although it got better towards end. This is due to too few staff. The staff there seemed to work hard and it did seem like they were trying to resolve issue. - App process doesn't work. Ordered several items and they didn't show up. - Cinema is lovely but of 14 movies shown all week all 14 were in German with English subtitles. One could have been in English. - No staff member present one day in kids pool. We were there but a pool for children should always have someone there. This needs to be resolved. Also no shampoos etc there but appreciate it's a new pool.

We really enjoyed the spa facilities at this hotel, as well as the breakfast buffet. Shout out to the breakfast cook who made amazing omelets. Room was comfortable and check out was efficient. Would recommend staying at this hotel in the summer.
