Premium Beach Hotel

Staying at Hotel Kapri was a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The facilities were well-maintained and everything was of a very high standard. It's the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!"

The indoor pool had cold water, and to access it, you had to pass outside the hotel, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the jacuzzi was not functioning. The shower in the bathroom was problematic as the water temperature fluctuated between cold and hot every 10 seconds. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Zimmer ok. Aber das Essen unterirdisch schlecht...insbesondere wenn man kein Fleisch oder Fisch isst. Es gibt nur Fleisch oder kalte Nudeln..Auf meine höfliche Bitte um irgendwas warnes Vegetarisches ( z.b. Käseomlett) wurde mir mitgeteilt dass es ja schließlich Salat gebe....davon habe ich mich aber schon 5 Tage ernährt... Heute sind Kosovoalbaner gekommen.. Plötzlich gibt es eine Auswahl beim Buffet. Das gab es die letzten Tage nicht. Deutsche sind also Kunden zweiter Klasse. Apropos Kosovoalbaner: Wenn ihr üble Essmanieren sehen wollt dann kommt her. Die laden ihre Teller voll und lassen alles stehen...Unmengen von Essen wird weggeworfen. Ihr Argument: wir haben dafür ja bezahlt....Sowas hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen und das Hotel akzeptiert das.. Die Bediensteten sind von berufswegen nett aber mehr auch nicbt. Um das Hotel herum sieht es aus wie auf einer Müllhalde. Und nicht nur dort: gefühlt ist ganz Albanien eine Müllhalde. Fazit: geht lieber nach Spanien oder Italien. Albanien ist definitiv keine Reise wert

everything was terrible, the price was too high, the quality is not even offered at a price, the managerial staff was too rude, the food was not even eaten, everything was terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, the drinks were all missing in the bar, it's just not worth it!!! disappointing

This hotel doesn’t have good service. We have booked all inclusive but you get tapwater and the drinks are verry cheap. The wellness pool is dirty you can,t see the floor of the pool. Also there is not much choice for the food. And never ask you if you want something to drink at the restaurant bad service. We are not coming back any more at this hotel!
