Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Hotel jest pięknie położony, mnóstwo zieleni, bardzo czysto, pokoje przestronne dobrze wyposażone. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Strefa basenowa czysta, spokojna i zapewniająca różne aktywności. Wieczorami liczne atrakcje muzyczne na żywo w godzinach 19.30 do 22.30. Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej dzielnicy z pięknym widokiem na ocean.

Just got back from the most incredible trip! We were a group of seven women celebrating our 40th birthdays, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel was spotless, the food was great with loads of variety, and the whole vibe was just what we needed – relaxed, sunny, and full of smiles. One of the absolute highlights for us was the animation team – Dani and Enea were full of fun and made everyone feel welcome and included. And then there was Ropi… what an absolute gem. As a former holiday rep myself, I’ve worked with and met a lot of entertainers over the years, and I can say with total honesty that Ropi is one of the very best I’ve ever come across. He has that rare magic – a natural warmth, effortless charm, and a genuine ability to make every guest feel seen and part of the fun. Whether it was a quiet moment chatting or dancing his heart out in the evening shows, he gave 110% to everything he did. Ropi isn’t just great at his job – he is the job. An absolute 5-star human being. The bar staff were also fantastic – Jesus, Gonzalo, and Alberto were all friendly, fast and professional, but Nico really stood out. His hospitality was flawless every day, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and always with a smile). A real credit to the team. The only small thing we’d mention is that the pool area was a little quiet during the day – we ended up playing a bit of background music just for our group, and it actually seemed to lift the mood a little, with people even mouthing along to the songs. A touch of daytime music could really add to the already lovely atmosphere. All in all, we had the most fantastic time – sunshine, laughs, incredible staff, and memories we’ll treasure for years. Thank you to everyone at Melia Jardines del Teide for helping to make our birthday celebrations so unforgettable. We’re already planning the return trip!

The Melia Jardines Del Teide is a beautiful hotel, all the staff were friendly and we felt very welcomed straight from the beginning. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff do work really hard to try and make your stay as comfortable as possible, and that’s noticeable.The room was comfy and practical, super clean. The food is excellent, lots of variety. The entertainment is fabulous from morning to night. The sea views are beautiful from the poolside. Getting around Costa Adeje is great. We used local buses and taxis. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We just got back from a girls trip here and the place is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We loved Jesus who kept us entertained with spicy margaritas by the pool all week - he was friendly and fun all week - totally made our trip! We also loved Nico who was super fun and amazing service!
