Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Hotel jest pięknie położony, mnóstwo zieleni, bardzo czysto, pokoje przestronne dobrze wyposażone. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Strefa basenowa czysta, spokojna i zapewniająca różne aktywności. Wieczorami liczne atrakcje muzyczne na żywo w godzinach 19.30 do 22.30. Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej dzielnicy z pięknym widokiem na ocean.

Super hotel pod każdym względem Jedzenie pyszne Wieczory z artystami urokliwe Polecam Wrócimy ponownie w przyszłym roku na Święta bożonarodzeniowe Polecamy !!!!!! Obsługa piersza klasa. Luiza is magical, Dominik super,Leila fantastów, Ropi genius.

Very nice hotel, but it definitely isn’t a 5*. I think it’s fair to say it’s a 4* hotel. The best thing I would say about the place is the breakfast, truly couldn’t fault it! Rooms are spacious and clean. It’s a nice touch with the rituals toiletries to. A little disappointing that you only get 1 free bottle of water when you arrive, i would expect this to be replaced daily for a 5* hotel. Tea & coffee wasn’t regularly topped up either, which was a tad annoying. The pool is nice, but by 11 o’clock all the sun beds have been taken. Doesn’t seem to be enough beds for how busy it’s get down there. Also, the sun bedcovers could do a with a good wash! The hotel isn’t the closest to the beach & restaurant etc, plus it’s all down hill on the way. So be prepared for a good hike on the way back! The staff are friendly and always polite.

I normally do long reviews and try and mention all the brilliant staff at this amazing hotel, however there are so many I am just going to say "This is the best hotel in Tenerife and it's all down to the STAFF, everyone at reception, waiters and waitress, The level staff, the amazing level pool lifeguard and barmen and bar women . Also don't forget the hard working people behind the scenes especially the cleaners who keep the hotel and bedrooms spotless x Is there a better place to stay in Tenerife, there isnt for me

This hotel is far from 5* it was 4* at best! I have no problem with staying at a 4* hotel but I expect the price of the holiday to reflect that. So the negatives were that the outside chairs at the buffet were nasty sweaty plastic, the type you get at a 4* hotel. Also at lunch time it would have been nice to sit outside but there were only 4 tables with parasols and therefore we had to eat inside because of the mid day sun. If we wanted to eat in the shade there was a grab and go by the pool which is decidedly 3* with sandwiches, and tubs of nasty salad and fruit. A very poor effort at a poolside snack bar! When in fact the expensive restaurant by the pool could quite easily have been made a great lunch time restaurant on the all inclusive package and just kept as the a la carte restaurant that isn’t included for the evening, the place was virtually empty the whole time we were there. Another gripe was that a lot of the padded mattresses on the sun beds were covered in mould and dirty (disgusting). Finally we had to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet with only one a la carte restaurant to use once in the week and the restaurant by the main pool which you could use once at 50% off the food but it was still extremely expensive, hence virtually empty all the time. To top things off, they are short staffed and whilst the staff were extremely friendly, they couldn’t keep up with the guests requirements. We would go in and be seated and they would take our drinks orders but that would be it, no more drinks unless you went to find someone. This extended to the bar area where we had to go up to the bar to order drinks rather than waiter service which is required to meet a 5* rating. The positives were that the entertainment was very good on the whole. The rooms had recently been updated albeit poorly laid out from a woman’s perspective and the main pool was a very good size and the perfect temperature. Essentially this was a hotel that has been bought by the Melia chain that has had a half hearted attempt at making a 5* hotel.
