Aparthotel Turbo Club

Currently starting at the turbo club apartments, I've read some mixed reviews & I can honestly say some were spot on. The apartment is very clean & spacious with plenty of hanging space, but no drawers, the bathroom is a good size & the shower is great, there's a kitchenette with a good size fridge, two electric hobs, plates, glasses & cutlery etc etc. The living are is a good size too, with a coffee table, sofa & chair & a TV but not one in the bedroom, aircon is brilliant. There's 2 goos sized pools where the bar is, but they don't serve snacks, you eat in the restaurant & there's no ice-cream, plenty of sun loungers so there's no mad dash to get one. My room is in the more quiet area, ground floor which is ideal if you struggle with stains as there are no lifts, I'm near the pool area. Food is a bit hit & miss !! I'm not a fussy eater but I even struggled to find especially at lunch & tea time, breakfast is alot better, but it is not hot, more luke warm!! There's the usual tea, coffee machine & even that isn't the best !! Fresh juices us better !! . It's my first time at this hotel & I definitely won't be returning but that's my opinion, if you want to come then you make your own mind up.

Good - Rooms were big for just two people, kitchenette and fridge which was great for keeping milk etc in. Bed was very large, two large single beds put together and very comfortable. Nice sitting area outside our room. No problems with getting a sun bed for the whole week we were there. Bad - Don’t go here if you are under the age of 65. Entertainment was non existent, nothing on through out the day and very sparse on the night. No where to go round the hotel so if you want to go out, it’s taxis everywhere. No music at all, we had to ask for it to be put on. Bar staff or shall I say one person, seemed to disappear all the time and until there was a queue, they appeared. Food was never hot, no wonder there’s a microwave in the restaurant. If you like fish, there’s enough of that to eat, unless you can live on salad and fries for the week. Very disappointing for an all inclusive hotel and very quiet, even got funny looks if we laughed and seemed to enjoying ourselves in our group of 4. Looking at the reviews on Tripadviser can’t believe this is the place they stopped at. Suppose that’s way the older generation go there, with it being a quiet hotel. Love Gran Canaria, but we will not be going back here again.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week on our vacation. Posetive: +Amenities: They had mini golf and tennis as physicall activities you could rent. They also offerd laundromat which you had to pay for. 2/3 pools 1 small kid sized pool and one small for adults aswell as the big main pool with the pool bar. The free bus to the beach was a huge pluss, but wasent a huge beach so after a couple times on the same bach it can get boring. + The pool bar: The pool bar offered medium variety of drinks, but the staff would also make things not on the menu such as coke and rum, and gin and tonic. They would mix the drinks a bit strong, so if u like the alchol taste it can be a + or a -. + Food The buffet they offered was alright not the best quality but definitely eddible. The lunch and dinner changed everyday so u wouldnt get tired of the same meals. Breakfest was the same every morning which was a slight dissapoinment, but they had fresh crepes every morning. Sometimes they had left overs from the previous day's meal to lunch. You dont need to worry if you are a picky eater, my grilfreind is a very picky eater and got full to every meal always found something to eat. If i could pick one one thing for the food it would be more seasoning some things tasted very bland. +Room Rooms were very nice, furniture was'nt too run down and we were very happy with ours. walls floor and celiing was a bit run down, some cracked tiles and old water damage, but we didnt care about it, we werent there to stay in the room so didnt matter. +Staff: Staff were very nice and helpfull. They all spoke English and some spoke German. Negative: - Dessert Dessertwise huge disapoinment if you dont like pudding. lunch and dinner dessert offered some cake and very much pudding. breakfest was the only meal to offer a good dessert. They also had som fruit that were cut up ,but disappeared very fast and they didnt refill it like they did with alle the other foods/desserts. -Roomservice: Room service was bad. You get room service mondays, wednesday and fridays. We arrived on a wednsday so our first room service should've been on the friday but we didnt get any, but then on the monday when we got roomservice they didnt clean under the bed and they didnt even change bed sheets they just put the same old dirty one and just remade the bed. The maids didnt speak or understang English We enyojed our holiday here a lot, i would recommend this place for families and new travelers. We will not come back here unfornatley because we never travle to the same place. hope this review answerd all your questions.

First time in Gran Canaria and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel it has a free bus service 2 x a day to the beach it has a shop down the stairs which is great the food is surprisingly good to say it’s an all inclusive the rooms are clean however I’d prefer it if they changed the bed sheets everyday the pool is clean the kitchens and dining area are clean so are the bathrooms I was very impressed with this place I will return 2026

Delusione più assoluta. Prenotata con Eden viaggi dal 20 dicembre al 4 gennaio due appartamenti per sei persone. Sporco, con biancheria strappata e vecchia e addirittura plaid usati da altre persone e rimpiazzata nei nostri appartamenti sporchi senza essere stata lavata. Zero animazione per adulti e bambini soprattutto , e cibo pessimo . Anche il Bar non aveva tanta scelta , da premettere che abbiamo scelto La formula all inclusive .... neanche l' espresso c' era e il cappuccino , caffè' succhi e altro i baristi( che poi non erano baristi ma camerieri che si spostavano continuamente dal ristorante al bar per servire i clienti e che lasciavano di pulire i tavoli o per terra al Ristorante di fronte per recarsi al bar e servirci qualcosa), lo preparavano Dal distributore. Scarafaggi nelle docce , e pulizia solo tre volte a settimana. Insomma pessima esperienza familiare con struttura lontanissima dal mare ( 3 km circa) e che non offriva nulla fuori da essa perché decentrata. Assenza di palestra e reception gestita male con personale poco competente e che parlava solo spagnolo.
