The hotel itself is quite modern and clean, and we stayed in the adults-only area. The rooms were lovely - clean and spacious with a fantastic shower. They opened up onto a private garden area with their own sunbeds. This was where we spent most of our holiday. Unfortunately, there’s very little to do nearby, with not many bars, shops, or attractions in the area. The beach is around a 20-minute walk away, and even there, the options are quite limited. The staff experience was mixed – the bar and restaurant staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we found the reception staff to be quite rude and abrupt, which was disappointing. The hotel has a small pool, but we didn’t use it as there weren’t enough sun beds available. There is also a small bar near the pool area but only 3 tables to site at if you don’t have a sun bed. The main bar was in the dining area and we didn’t really feel comfortable sitting here when we weren’t eating. Food-wise, it was a bit hit and miss. Most days we found something we liked, but on our last day, I was served undercooked chicken at lunch. I reported it to both the restaurant and reception staff, and I hope appropriate action was taken quickly as this could have been a serious health issue. We did take a bus to Morro Jable one day and found it to be a much nicer area with more to see and do – something we’d recommend if you’re staying in Costa Calma. Overall, the hotel has potential, but due to its location and a few disappointing experiences, I don’t think we’d return.

Worst trip I ever been on! Staff rude and unfriendly. Bar is NEVER manned on time. Constantly had to go to the front desk and ask why there’s no one at the bar near enough every day. Bar closes early before the all inclusive ends which is ridiculous. The worst part is the staff are unfriendly and rude and look at you like an alien for asking the simplest questions. The restaurant is super windy at all times they really need to fix that, the only staff which were pleasant were the actual chefs. Cannot get over this trip, waste of money and time. They also didn’t replace our dirty towels and expected us to use them for the whole week! We even gathered them up as you do ready for the cleaner and they were not replaced once. This hotel is awful along with its staff. They also don’t like noise, no music around the pool. Horrid hotel avoid at all costs . Also nothing in the area, luckily we had a car to get out
