Hotel Ibis London Earls Court

They are very genttle staff and care about the guests. Specially Srijana at the restaurante. Always trying to nake you feel confortable. All installations super clean and very nice environment in general. Enough breakfast.

Good room and beds. Breakfast is the best ever! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms do need locks…………………………….

Issue with room not being ready and then being given a room that was still being cleaned. Then given room with double bed, the cleaners came and separated into twin beds so all was sorted eventually. They gave us drink voucher to say sorry. Air con did not let the room go below 22 degrees unfortunately. Room not cleaned until about 5pm one day. Nicely renovated rooms and common areas. Close to tube stations. No shops within 10/15 min walk only cafes snd restaurants. Safely left bags after checkout to come and get them later in day. Overall it’s good value for money and I would stay again.

The food was great and the service from Matthew was amazing; he was very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed three nights in this hotel. Checked in was fast & friendly receptionist. The room was the average size of Ibis hotels it was nice & tidy. There wasn't any phone in the room. There's electric kettle tea & coffee, but green tea has to be requested through reception. I couldn't contact housekeeping directly.
