Semirow był niezwykle uprzejmy, zawsze uśmiechnięty i gotowy do pomocy, co tworzyło ciepłą i przyjazną atmosferę. Jego szybka i sprawna obsługa, a także dbałość o szczegóły, sprawiły, że czuliśmy się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Dodatkowo, jego rekomendacje dotyczące dań i napojów były trafne i smaczne. We stayed at this hotel as two couples in our late 20s to early 30s from the UK, and overall, we had a lovely and relaxing experience. The atmosphere is very much centred around wellness and tranquillity, with beautiful aesthetics, stylish décor, plenty of peaceful lounging areas, and very comfortable sunbeds throughout the property. The food was one of the standout parts of our stay. There are three dinner options, and our favourite was the buffet. We were genuinely impressed by the wide variety of dishes and the consistently high quality. The beach bar served lighter options like sushi and chicken dishes, which were tasty, although the portions were quite small. Service at the beach bar, however, was noticeably slow. It often took a long time for drinks or food to arrive, and on more than one occasion, we didn’t receive the full order we had placed. It was a bit of hard work trying to sort it out, and we got the sense that the issue may have been due to the language barrier. The à la carte restaurant had a more romantic and intimate feel, complete with a live violinist. The food there was also good, but again, portions were on the small side. Drinks overall were excellent. They use proper branded soft drinks like Coke and Fanta, and the alcohol was good quality. There was also a wide selection of cocktails on offer, which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and made a real effort to help with anything we needed, even though there were occasional language barriers. Special mention to Aziz, the waiter on roller skates who served drinks around the pool – he was brilliant and added a fun touch to the service. The girls who worked at the Sun & Moon bar were also incredibly lovely and helpful. The hotel has one main pool with a calm and laid-back vibe. There was light music playing most of the time, and occasional games like water boxing. The beach area was a bit livelier, sometimes featuring DJs during the day, though that wasn’t really our scene. Still, it was nice to have the option of both relaxing and more upbeat areas. The guest mix was quite international, and we were surprised by how few English tourists were staying there – not a bad thing, just something to note. Our room was clean, bright, and airy, with powerful air conditioning (almost too powerful – I ended up with a sore throat, so something to watch out for). Each room had a lovely balcony with comfy chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing in the evening. You can borrow an ironing board for an hour or pay to have your clothes ironed if needed. Taxis were easy to arrange through reception and usually arrived within 10 minutes. We took a trip to Yalıkavak Marina, which is about 40 minutes away and filled with luxury shops and restaurants like Zuma and Bagatelle. It was pricey, but we thought it was worth the experience. Bodrum central is around 10 minutes away by taxi and has markets, pharmacies, and a variety of general shops if you want to explore a bit more locally. The hotel has its own beach area for swimming or lounging, and while it’s a little livelier than the pool area, it was still a great place to relax. A rep from the holiday company met with us to recommend activities and excursions, which we found helpful. The only downsides were related to check-out. There was the option for late check-out, but it was around £200, which felt quite steep. If you wanted to stay at the hotel after the standard 12pm check-out time, you had to pay £30 per person, which we found a bit odd – usually, you can just leave your bags with reception and continue using the facilities without an extra charge. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. It may not have been exactly what we expected in every way, but it’s a beautiful, peaceful place to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy some well-earned relaxation.

DON'T RECOMMEND This hotel created both positive and negative impressions. Positive points: 1. The food is very good, all dishes are interesting and impressive. 2. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, with smart technology and comfortable rooms. Negative points: 1. Many staff members lack English proficiency, they know only a few words and are unfamiliar with menu items in English. Additionally, they sometimes forget ordered items and frequently used Google Translate. This was particularly problematic because I tried to arrange champagne and flowers in my room via WhatsApp for a marriage proposal (asked only) in the next days. They delivered the champagne in two hours, with a congratulatory marriage message (was big surprise for my girlfriend). 2. Bar operating hours, Although they should open at 9 a.m., they usually begin processing orders at 10 a.m. and sometimes fail to receive orders at all. 3. The biggest issue was the hotel's policy regarding tour operators. Our flight was at 1 a.m. on the 14th, but checkout was at the standard time on the 13th. Staying at the hotel and using its services (restaurant/bar, etc.) after checkout cost €50 per person. 4. The in-room bar was not replenished daily; I had to remind reception after two days.

Spotlessly clean, gorgeous interiors and views, the perfect place for the ultimate chill holiday. The food is great quality and lots of options, the buffet has different choices each night and the beach food is delicious and always fresh. The rooms are clean, bright and modern with nice extra details such as mood lighting and coffee/ tea options, cold drinks and robes/ slippers. We had a pool view double room which was spacious and perfect for the two of us. The staff were very sweet and helpful, always friendly and attentive. They were even happy to make us cocktails that were not listed on the menu, all included in the price, we didn’t face any additional unexpected charges. There were some language barriers which resulted in a couple food orders being miscommunication but it didn’t bother us. We found it easier to show the servers what we ordered on the menu to ensure it was understood. Being able to order drinks from the sun bed via QR codes was great. The beach is small and private which is nice as it doesn’t get too busy but does mean it’s only a small area to explore so keep in mind you would need to get a taxi to visit other beaches or spots to walk/ explore.
