Jesteśmy na wakacjach w Anda Barut Collection wraz z rodziną. Jesteśmy zadowoleni bardzo. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, najlepszy kelner to Husnu! Miły, pomocny i bardzo zabawny. Polecamy usiąść przy stolikach tak, gdzie obsługuje Pan Husnu!

Bu güne kadar yurtiçinde konakladığımız en nezih, her şeyin eksiksiz olduğu, yemeklerinin ve temizliğinin kusursuz olduğu otel olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. 6 aile olarak 3 gece konakladığımız otelde özellikle alacarte restoranlardan kara restauranttan ziyadesiyle memnun kaldık. Restaurant çalışanı Ali Bey sayesinde kendimizi çok şık bir restaurantta hissettik.

We just got back, it was amazing and we have been to some top resorts in the Carribean such as Excellence and Finest. Anda (and perhaps other Barut Collection hotels) is really up there in terms of luxury. The food in the a-la-carte restaurants is on par or better than we've had in the carribean, despite only the 2 of them (plus Cibes which is more of a bistro) being open which we didn't know about when booking. The cakes and pastries in the restaurants and the coffee shop are out of this world, like crazy good. But the main buffet I say is a bit of a let down compared so even some 4* resorts we have been to in Turkey - latest being IC Santai, Belek which we went to last year - in terms of selection of hot items - (salads and sweets are great selection but the hot food was pretty limited). The poolside and lobby/coffee shop waiting service was fantastic, not once did we wait long to be served a drink without having to queue at a bar. The only slight annoyance with this is that the QR code system didn't really have a great selection of cocktails so we had to ask to get our favourites made, where there was a bit of a language barrier. Once we were told that the certain bar could not make the certain thing. The rooms, bathrooms and beds were absolutely fantastic as was the view from the room to the sea (family zone). A little surprise for us is that we booked the lowest room level which was the water-park view and we were upgraded to sea view, however upon later realising all of those rooms were unused so I think everyone was upgraded for the week we stayed (last week in April). One major disappointment for us was that the pool water (including the water park) was too cold (with the exception of the community pool and the sandy beach pool which is salty) to stay in for long periods. Fine for swimming lengths but not for chilling with children. They say they are "heated" which is of course true (which is how they get away with it) in terms of the pool being warmer than the ambient air temperature, but only to about 21c which is pretty cold for enjoyment. Our kids refused to go into the smaller water park slides (they are twins, almost 5 years old) because of the pool water being too cold. I complained about this and the next day the water was slightly warmer but again only up to a max of about 25c which is still too cold when the weather isn't warm enough to warm you up when you are outside of the water. Another major issue with the small water park was that the jets of water were far too strong. Last year we went to the IC Santai Belek and both the kids slides and the adult water park pools were heated to 29-30c which was perfect for enjoying all day long. We really expected more from Anda in this area. Another issue is that there is not enough casual snack options unless you class copious amounts of ice cream and cakes as a reasonable snack. The gorilla snack bar at the water park was closed, but at the other pools the only snack option was crisps and nuts. Other hotels we have been to (including another Barut property - Barut Sorgun) have options such as gozleme and kebabs at the beach, or a casual buffet at the beach bar. Often when you are chilling at the pool you don't want to have to get dressed for a formal meal at the buffet or the Fish Camp. I'm not sure if that they think that kebabs are peasant food or something, but I was craving a proper turkish Doner kebab the whole time I was there and did not get one :( If it wasn't for these above issues then the resort would be absolutely perfect. It's in such a beautiful setting, the sea water is crystal clear with every beautiful and interesting coast line, walking along and jumping off the jetties was so good, as was swimming / snorkeling. The beaches have nice brown sand (not too sticky) or annoying. The guest relations team was incredibly responsive through WhatsApp (which the porter helps you set up on arrival) and answered all our questions. We stayed for 7 days which is unusual for us (we usually go for at least 10 days and sometimes 14) and we felt like that was plenty, even with the rainy weather on our last 2 days. We didn't leave the resort this time (usually we hire a car and explore the region) but we decided against it due to there not being a lot to do in the region. We were a bit disappointed that we were not told that the hotel was on a winter schedule (limited options on a-la-carte, no animation teams soliciting activity participation, and no theatre shows) so I guess this factors into our feeling that 7 days was enough. Jet2 are a bit sneaky by not highlighting that this was the off-season at this hotel. I've tried to list our main wows and peeves but there are loads of other amazing things about this resort that I haven't mentioned: - kids club and its staff are great, our girls loved it - the adult water park rides are fantastic, thrilling and amazing to have on-site at your hotel! - the hotel is beautiful, definitely Instagram-ready however in some ways it's a bit too much like a 3D render and needs a bit of "life" breathed into it. The downstairs lobby area is a bit like a shopping mall. - pools are huge and plentiful but again wish they were heated to a comfortable level. - service was fantastic, staff were friendly and smiley but not over-the-top, and the spa and photographers were not at all pushy. Overall it was a very relaxed atmosphere. - food and drinks quality was fantastic (better than high end carribean) although menu and buffet options were quite limited - so quality not quantity seems to be the mantra here - rooms were spacious and the double door to enter your room is a fantastic idea to prevent corridor noise from entering your room. The rooms were also well kitted out with great showers, his & her sinks and all the toiletries youd need (even some items to help you prevent unwanted pregnancy 😅) - the night time fairground rides were a huge hit with the kids - the live bands in the lobby were great - everywhere is spotlessly clean - staff seem to be happy and proud to work there Some other minor cons: - no ATM in the resort, we stupidly did not get cash at the airport as we couldn't find one there and the hotel didn't have one either so we were unable to leave any tips for staff so make sure you bring your own currency! However we did not see anyone else tipping when we were there. - the QR code website was a bit anti-personal, it takes away from the experience of browsing a menu in the traditional way. - an indoor soft play for kids would be nice for when the weather is rainy or too hot. The kids club is ok but is not on par with other resorts such as Calista Belek.
