TUI MAGIC LIFE Beldibi

I recently stayed at this hotel, the service and entertainment were phenomenal. We were warmly greeted by Volkan and Mehmet (both exceptional staff) they made us feel like family. Any queries we had were handled swiftly and with great care. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and respect we received. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Turkey you won’t be disappointed!

Regularly visitor to the Beldibi area, first stay at this hotel and will be returning. For a relatively compact hotel (compared for e.g. Magic Life Fuerteventura) it is very well laid out, has a surprising number of activities and extensive well maintained gardens that offer a whole selection of beautiful seating and relaxing areas and with views over the sea or the mountains behind. POSITIVES FOR US: - Adult only, quiet surroundings - Quality spa area - hammam, steam, sauna - Indoor heated pool - Sizeable outdoor pool, well situated on two levels. - Excellent choice of quality drinks, cocktails and beverages - Extensive relaxing bar terrace overlooking the grounds - Strongly recommend upgrading the room to a suite, it made for a superb holiday experience, is affordable at beginning/end of season, probably 20 metres in length, with separate shower room and WC room - it made the holiday and will do this again. - Recommend getting out and about locally using the small dolmus buses that you literally wave and flag down anywhere. - Market day Mon in Beldibi/ Tue - Kemer / Fri - Goynuk - (Nekta Natura drinks machines were in the process of just being installed here for breakfast juices - it’s really hoped that this does not go the same retrograde way as Magic Life Fuerteventura - where the previously excellent handmade cocktails throughout the resort there are now delivered via plastic containers and machines - and rendered unpalatable and undrinkable). - Staff - all hospitable and lovely. - Recommend getting out and about on the flexible little dolmus buses that you flag down anywhere on the street. - Market days - Mon - Beldibi / Tue - Kemer / Fri - Goynuk NEGATIVES FOR US: - Too many smokers being inconsiderate of other guests in the public areas during our time there - Uniformed TUI local staff smoking at tables inside the lunch restaurant adjacent to the servery - Beautiful breakfast terrace experience similarly problematic with smokers in close contact. - Music noise levels around the pool during aqua cycling classes was consistently at an excessive volume - for the other people relaxing around the pool it was intrusive, needing ear defenders to read. The volume could be moderated easily. A new go-to hotel for us in Beldibi and will be re-booking here later in the season.

The hotel met my expectations. I don’t understand where the negative reviews come from. The staff were very kind, smiling, and helpful. My room was comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The surroundings were peaceful. The entertainment program was very rich. The animators were fantastic! They created a great atmosphere and were very well-prepared. You could also take advantage of free tennis lessons and a bike trip. The hotel space is very well designed. You can easily find a quiet place to relax in the garden: on a hammock, swings, or by the beach and pier. As for the food, it truly the best. The chef made sure it was varied, delicious, and plentiful. There were plenty of Turkish and international delicacies. People on diets, with allergies, or intolerances can also enjoy a flavorful culinary experience. I recommend this hotel both for active holidays and for peaceful relaxation away from everyday life.

This hotel is definitely not 5* the food unfortunately was the worst we’ve ever encountered on a Tui holiday The only saving grace Was the lovely lady in the coffee shop her coffee and cake were fab Our first room smelt damp and mattress Desperately needed replacing. Reception agreed the next day to move us to another room. Unfortunately I encountered an nasty Cat injury whilst in the lobby bar and ended up in a/e On my return to the uk, followed by 10 days on super strength antibiotics The cats are a real problem here we witnessed them eating leftovers off the tables in the dining room 🤢 Shame! Very disappointed ☹️

This hotel has absolutely gorgeous surroundings. The amenities are good at this hotel, it is a very small hotel and the activities provided are amazing. The friendliness of the staff at the bars, the restaurants and the entertainment team are the highlight of this hotel. From the very beginning the entertainment team were very friendly, getting everyone to interact with performances. A huge mention to Melanie a part of the entertainment team, she was lovely and made us feel very at home. She is a credit to the entertainment team, and as a whole all the staff at this hotel are a credit to the hotel. HOWEVER, this is a big however. The food at this hotel is 2* standard. We found it is the same food, cold and boring. The fact staff eat this food, I do not know how this issue has been raised by them. As a family, we struggled to eat and we are not fussy eaters at all!! I think this really needs to be sorted as it is a huge left down of the hotel and the only reason we would not return.
