Une excellente surprise car nous avions lu plusieurs avis très négatifs. Une chambre magnifique et spacieuse avec une très jolie vue mer et piscine. Un accueil chaleureux dans tout l’hôtel et une restauration de qualité et très variée. Une mention spéciale pour le serveur Dia qui s’est occupé de nous avec compétence et gentillesse. Un grand merci à tout le personnel. Le spa est magnifique également

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was really nice and spacious. Poolarea very nice. No problem getting a sunbed. The pool bar was very hit and miss. Some of the staff obviously had their favourites. We weren't asked if we wanted a drink once. Had to go to the bar each time. Staff in the buffet restaurant were very helpful and polite, unfortunately the food was very average and not very warm . Definitely a disappointment. Luckily it didn't spoil our holiday. We got a good deal through Tui so we were happy overall.

Le hall d'accueil est impressionnant! Notre chambre (une premium vue mer) est grande et la vue sur les piscines et la mer est magnifique! Le dressing, avec la banquette, est intéressant. La salle de bain spacieuse. Elle est cependant mal agencée, les accroches serviettes des lavabos obligent à s'écorcher le dos des mains! Les 2 TV fonctionnent simultanément… La terrasse devant les chambres renvoie la chaleur et la clim' n'est pas fonctionnelle avant le mois de mai! Un four! La restauration n'a rien d'exceptionnelle sauf les petits gâteaux au miel tunisiens du matin: excellents! Quant aux serveurs, aussi bien des restaurants que des bars, il serait bien de les reformer à l'accueil de tous les clients. La plage est agréable et la mer d'un bleu-vert translucide. Pour moi, un 5 étoiles , même en normes locales, devrait anticiper les besoins des clients.

We flew from Cardiff with TUI to Enfidha. Very good experience. Got cash at the airport and thankfully kept the receipt. Remember to do this so you can change the cash back to Sterling on the way back. The hotel was excellent, food at the buffet was quite samey, but of good quality. We like to eat outside and we could for breakfast and lunch. We were really well looked after by Mohammed. Lovely, attentive gentleman. The pools looked great but unfortunately still too cold, even in mid April. The all inclusive drinks were not too bad really, though the wine was a bit rough. The 'gym' was absolutely rubbish, just rubbish. There is a bar just over the road with an English born Tunisian named Sammi. Lovely guy who will help you get reasonably priced cabs and also trips. There were always plenty of beds. Our room was decent enough, though the shower was in the bath. I did have an accident where a waiter spilt some coffee dregs over me...all over my pale linen jacket. Anyway, short trip to reception , and the hotel cleaned my jacket and shirt with no charge. Our coach pick up was 6.20am, so we cancelled that and paid £40 for a minibus ,that picked us up at 8am. Had breakfast and was much more relaxing.

Fab hotel in lovely location right next to the beach. Problem with our room which was swiftly dealt with and we received up grade. Wine wasn’t up to much but beer nice and spirits good. You just have to ask for branded spirits as some are part of the all inclusive package. I would rate this hotel as 4 star not 5 and this is mostly down to the food which isn’t the best I have had. It was mostly lukewarm and I think this needs to be addressed. Outside grounds were lovely and sunbeds so comfy and plenty of them around. All the staff were lovely. The beach was superb lovely clear water and there was a beach bar. I think I would return.
