Matterhorn Inn

Aunque la reserva fue en este hotel, a unos días de la fecha nos mandaron un mensaje que estaban en obras hasta final del 2025 y nos derivaron a otro hotel de 4 estrellas muy cerca de este, el Porta Cervino, un hotel de 10 , es un hotel nuevo con todas las comodidades, bebida de bienvenida en el bar/ restaurante Da Vinci. Algunos recepcionista hablaban español bastante bien cosa que se agradece mucho, no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno porque nuestro tren salía bastante temprano, preguntamos si nos podían preparar un desayuno y así fué, aunque en la habitación tenias cafetera nespresso para poder prepararte el café. Sin duda alguna un hotel para repetir.

Excellent Breakfast, the room was spacious. The bed was typical of a 3 star hotel. The staff were helpful. It is a little hard to get help in the evening because the staff are busy in the restaurant but I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for help. I tried to make reservations for the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. My wife had not told me about the email that we were supposed to book weeks in advance. I was an irritated about it. The staff were very professional and later offered a solution. It is right in front of the train to go to zermatt. There is no access to zermatt ski hill directly. This was not obvious when attempting to look at maps from US. There is still water in the room. But no conditioner so bring your own conditioner since the shower only has shampoo

Un parking, de belles chambres avec balcon propres et calmes, une belle vue, un restaurant avec un choix varié et même un spa ! Tout est simple pour se rendre à Zermatt face à la gare, tout ce qu’il faut … pour revenir et passer un séjour très agréable
