Center Parcs Park Allgäu

After reading the negative reviews i was apprehensive about coming but thankfully had an amazing time! The check in process was quick and easy considering we arrived at 2am the gentleman was very clear and friendly. The cottage was immaculately clean on arrival. The swimming pool was 10/10 incredible, the kids loved it. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We are from the UK and my german is good but not amazing and they were all very happy to help. Especially the waiter from Madrid in the Alpenblick restaurant ! Great service! The local town has an amazing chinese takeaway, indian restaurant and Italian restaurant that we loved! (Leutkirch) Overall beautiful clean park in a lovely area. We had a great time and will be back - thanks all :)

Really good overall. We went in the winter snow and obviously the kind of attractions you use differ in the summer. But the aqua mundo indoor water park is just fantastic and that's almost all we needed. lovely indoor supermarket/games/climbing area, spent a lot of time there. we can recommend the VIP cottage as a avery nice one level apartment with a great hot tub/sauna and rooms for everyone. a bit annoying to have no laundry machine in the vip cottage, especially given the resort offers no laundry service. nearest town is 40 minutes in the snow to do laundry lol :-) Parking is a problem - only one parking area, very remote, always full, and very inconveniently far from your cottage. managment should add parking zones (center parcs terhills for example has them) or just allow parking near the cottage. especially when it snow heaviy.

Advertised as a car free park but far from the truth. We made a formal complaint and we were told they don’t advertise as a car free park (image 1) then I showed them they had lied to me (images 2&3) and I was told my complaint had been forwarded to management….. two weeks later I’ve heard nothing
