Stayed there 3/24/25-3/26/25 and it was 3 days and 2 nights, too long. Think really hard before booking this place and I hope my review helps those thinking about it. Pros - David, the concierge, did what he could to help. The rooms are spacious. The staff, with the exception of front desk, are helpful. Cons - Absolutely everything else. The rooms are falling apart from cheap construction and cutting corners by whoever built this place, and it's only 3 years old. The hotel itself is inside a compound that takes 20 minutes to get to from the front gate. You are never going to leave this place and they do not allow Uber in. You can use a local taxi service, though. The beach is almost non existent and there is little to no shoreline. The food is average at best, even at their nicest restaurants. Good luck getting a reservation by the way to their "nicer" places. Room service food is some of the worst you will ever have. Save yourself the trouble and stick to basic food if you do. The kids pool has missing tiles causing potential injury but instead of repairing it they just put plastic mats over the areas. The music doesn't stop until 11pm and you will hear it in your room. The check-in process is brutally long and there's absolutely no welcome drink offered. The details: As soon as we arrived we noticed something was off. The water in the fountain areas upon arrival was dirty and theres trash like banana peels just sitting around. The nightmare began though as soon as we tried checking in. There were 2 parties ahead of us and only 1 person working and 1 trainee. There was no acknowledgement of the people in line and after 20 minutes of just standing there I asked if there were reinforcements coming. Annoyed, the trainee replied "No". Ok, got back in line, and 20 more minutes passed and the same customer was still waiting to get checked in. Employees would come and go but no one would step up to the counter to get the line moving. Finally, I went back up and said someone needs to come help. After another 15 minutes someone showed up to help and when I walked over I was told by the employee in a rude tone that he was not ready. I explained that his coworker sent me over, but he did not care. This entire time no welcome drink, nothing, nada. Finally, we get checked in and the employee just hands us our wristbands and tells us which direction to go. Ok. We get to the room and start unpacking and getting our 2 kids ready for bed. Not even 1 hour in our room and the water stops working. There is no running water in the entire hotel. I call the front desk and they say they are aware of the problem but don't have an ETA. A hotel with no running water and you're in the middle of nowehere. Let that sink in. After about an hour I go downstairs to see if there are any solutions, maybe another hotel? No. You just have to wait. Ok. Finally after 2 hours the water returns, but we had to get the kids to bed dirty and grimy from the days travel. Come to find out the next day that this is a ROUTINE problem at this hotel and they hide it (of course). Trying to put it past us we decide to try and enjoy the resort the next morning. Head to the pool and there's just trash everywhere. Half empty water bottles, beer cans, food, just litters the pool area. Ok, we head to the kids pool and if your kids do NOT have swim shoes I highly recommend you don't go unless they've made the repairs. There are TONS of areas where the tile has lifted up and they only threw a plastic mat to cover the issue. I finally speak to David, the concierge, and he begins doing what he can to help me and gets us in to their nice restaurant to make up for the headaches we've been going through. The food is just fine at this place but we were thankful for the accomodation. Finally, the next day it's our saving grace that we're leaving and headed to another all inclusive in Cancun and we couldn't have been more thankful. David gave me the hotel managers email to try and figure out if anything could be done to fix the headaches. Ghosted. The end.

We had an amazing experience at Hilton Cancun. The Kids Corner was great and the staff were amazing. My kid loved going there. The restaurants in the resort were great. They had variety of menu to choose from. Overall it was a great place for family vacay.
