Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

Hotel jest po prostu średni… spędziliśmy tam 10 nocy , jedzenie na bufecie tylko w opcji śniadaniowej reszta to raczej nic specjalnego, restauracje ala carte dostępne tylko po odstaniu w kolejce do rezerwacji czasami stoi 10/15 osób. Fajne baseny , obsługa w barach raczej niezbyt sympatyczna. Najsłabsza część hotelu to obsługa mini bar podobno codziennie uzupełniany , niestety tylko po telefonach czasami trzeba zadzwonić 2 albo 3 razy żeby ktoś przyszedł i uzupełnił choćby wodę. Brak szlafroków , kapci , przyborów toaletowych typu szczoteczka do zębów , pasta , jednorazowa maszynka gdyby ktoś czegoś nie zabrał. W trakcie naszego pobytu 3 wesela , które raczej zaburzają działanie hotelu ze względu na tony gości. Bardzo małe lobby co do wielkości hotelu wieczorami nie ma miejsca zeby gdziekolwiek usiąść.

Girls group/Bachelorette party BEWARE! Received the worst experience with my girls from sexist staff and bartenders and lack of accountability from the team I spoke with prior. First night we arrived we order some lemon drop shots outside before the entertainment ended at 10. Going back inside to the main lobby where the bar is we walk to ask for some more drinks.(it’s my bachelorette party and we had a total of 2 shots in the few hours we were there). The bar was filled with JUST MEN, the guy next to use was respectfully being served. He was also trying to force us to take tequila shots which we kept declining and he continued to order. My friends and I don’t really like tequila and we want lemon drop shots. The bartenders declined to even acknowledge our request which 4 of us out of 7 asked for and continued to ignore/not even look our way every time. One of my friends asked for a vodka cranberry. IGNORED. Continuing to serve the guys only next to us. I walked over the another director so I can get the bartenders complete attention and I ask for the 7 lemon drop shots, his response “you have tequila shots already drink those.” I said “I don’t drink tequila shots and neither do my girls we haven’t gotten a drink in the 35 minutes we’ve been here.” His response “no” I said “okay can I atleast get my friends vodka cran she ordered and never got and a Moscow mule please.” No response from him he turns to the guy next to me who then orders a whiskey coke and he slips him $2 and he makes it instantly. When I tell him you we felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE ITS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. There was just something about the way everyone was treating us and making us feel we all looked at each other like we have to get out of here. That was the first day the second day I had asked for in advance through an email with the coordinating staff on a dinner reservation for 8(one girl couldn’t make it last minute so there was 7 girls now) before hand 4 weeks in advance with confirmation, at 7o clock at the steak restaurant. All dressed up ready to go we make it down there and our reservation is no we’re to be found or heard of…. Okay. On top of that I also asked to receive 3 bottles of champagne for a PJ and Prosecco night. Never received it nor did they send me the payment information for that as well. Also was trying to go to the other hotel district that is literally 5 min away the transport company there looked at the maps and said “oh right next door?” Yeah one way was going to cost us $126!! Not pesos DOLLARS. The vibe and the way we were treated our whole stay was beyond awkward and disrespectful and would never think in a million years we would be declined services and a disorganized staff from the Hilton. This is supposed to be a family place too. Completely upset because this was supposed to the bachelorette of my dreams with my best friends and family. I expected a lot better service. Only person that didn’t make us uncomfortable was Jesus who served us outside for our pool day, he was so attentive and genuine! Thank you to JESUS!! Best bet find a better place who accommodates these types of events and celebrations.

Menu was limited but that encouraged me to be a little adventurous. The beef tenderloin was amazing, as was the fresh guac and the shrimp ceviche. Not a bad meal was had by any of us, and Ricardo not only took great care of us but all the other families around us as well:

This is such a wonderful resort! We relaxed by the pool, enjoyed pilates classes in the fitness center, and ate delicious food! We recieved incredible service and were so welcomed by the amazing staff. Sosa and Connie took great care of us, and Javier in the fitness center was great! The rooms are spacious and there are so many dining options! This resort is great for a family vacation or friends trip! I can't wait to return!

We had a great time at the resort! The restaurant food was amazing and we enjoyed the nightly shows and entertainment. Zaida and Juan Carlos at the front desk were very welcoming. Alejandro from the Sunan restaurant and Juanita at Mexal gave us superior service. We loved Javier and Rocko in the fitness center. Thank you for a wonderful time!
