Personnel très agréable , aux petits soins Hôtel calme, magnifique par sa végétation et la décoration. 3 piscines extérieures avec transats à disposition. Le spa de l’hôtel propose des soins à des prix très abordable. Des soirées à thèmes sont proposées tous les soirs. Restaurations au top.

Visited in April 25. The hotel was lovely and kept spotlessly clean, all pools and surrounding areas cleaned and washed down each day. The breakfast and lunch was served in one restaurant with a buffet style layout and plenty of choose for everyone (including a diabetic and pescatarian in our group) Evening meal was in a different restaurant and agin buffet style with extensive choice including some local dishes. Guests are entitled to on visit to the a lactate restaurant which provides a 4 course meal although dishes are a mixture of items we had in the main restaurant but presented to you on a plate. Drink There is the main bar and a bar opened during the day by one of the pools. The drinks are local and definitely not premium, the beer was fine but wine and spirits we struggled with only exception being the gin and possibly the whiskey. Coke Zero was the only diet mixer offered but having explained about the diabetic in the group they provided us with a couple of bottles of diet sprite. We also found a local supermarket close to hotel where we could top up with more options. There are 4 good size pools around the site to suit all, during our visit there was only one day when the sun beds seemed to fill up. All pools were very cold and people tended to jump in to cool off but not hang around in there for long. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus into the centre during the day, I would defiantly recommend this, also Tui offers a number of trips although we did not take any.

Lovely hotel, rooms and grounds all very good. Pool area lovely and well kept by poolside staff. Food is good quality but somewhat repetitive most nights. Perhaps a few themed nights wouldn't go amiss and more access to different restaurants. Cocktails could do with an upgrade. Staff very capable and very friendly at all times. Would certainly re-visit. Nice to get out the hotel every now and then. A trip to the medina is a must along with a trip to the atlas mountains.
