Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę udany. Animatorzy to ogromny atut – bardzo zaangażowani, kontaktowi, świetnie zabawiają i dbają o atmosferę każdego dnia. Pokoje są ładne i codziennie sprzątane, co bardzo doceniam. Obsługa hotelowa miła, uprzejma i pomocna – wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Woda w basenie idealna na upalne dni. Jedzenie smaczne, choć momentami trochę monotonne. Ogólnie hotel godny polecenia.

The hotel is old and needs some updating. The staff are really friendly and hardworking. Reception staff are not engaging. ATM charges £5 to make a withdrawal. A special mention to Fatima who kept my room clean and tidy with a cheerful smile. And Soufiene who prepared tables when he saw you, put an umbrella up if you ate outside and brought water without you having to ask. Always ready for a chat. Very conscientious. In an old part of town with closed down establishments nearby. Its the main area for taxis. Beach is across the main road and down "ambush alley" where traders are only too willing to take your money before you work out what you've spent. No conscious these people. Work out what you want to pay and have cash ready. Walk away if you feel the pressure. Food is plentiful but main meals poor and really bland. McDonalds has security but it doesn't stop kids scavenging for your leftovers. The main beach front is reallybusy in the evening and it can be intimidating. Constant harrassment from traders on the beach who approach you even when you are in roped off Tui area. It becomes a bit of nuisance after first day. You are hard pushed to get a sun bed as doors are constantly slamming from 7pm with people running to put their towels down. Couldn't see evening entertainment as seating arrangements only allows for tops of heads. Would not come back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel rooms very clean the cleaning staff are amazing 👏 little bit disappointed in the food it wasn't bad it was just not to my taste. The animation team were amazing big shout out to yoyo, mouss, yassine, anowar, fabien, dinno, miggy, suzi and zora they were the friendliest bunch ever also the pool guys and all the restaurant staff and snack bar and inside bar staff all were friendly and polite . I would definitely recommend this hotel .

The hotel staff are fantastic but the food was horrendous . The snack bar would have lost its food licence if this was in Britain. The food was dreadful and none of it was under any sort of cover, the wasp and flys all over the food .the soft drinks machine had wasp crawling all over it. The hotel was full (as it should be in July) with only one bar staff on, some days queueing for 5 min just to get a bottle of water. The main food hall had its own problems with no hot water in the tea and coffee machine, one toaster for the entire hotel at breakfast, no plates or glasses at lunch and dinner. Most of the food was inedible and the food that was OK was very bland.. sorry I think a change of head chef is in order. The beds and pillows are very hard and we struggled to sleep most nights. The evening bar was no better with only one person serving causing long queues. Not enough indoor seating as it can get cold some nights outside..All in all we may go back to Morocco some day ,But not at this hotel.

Such a lovely experience it was a good hotel the rooms were clean the food was good the position of the hotel was fantastic the staff all were good specially the animation team shout out to YoYo was funny and helpful we are definitely coming back
