Sol Varadero Beach

I feel I might be asking too much, but on the other hand, as an all inclusive package it is disappointing to be told there is no tonic... there is no white wine... there is no rose wine and there is no sparkling wine. I didn't come to rehab and I am saying no,no,no....

We were at Sol Varadero Beach from April 25 to May 2 and I must say that we are a little disappointed! With all the good comments everywhere we expected much more! We are regulars of Cuba and this is the first place where we found the resort staff more distant, less friendly! We are always smiling and we always treat them with respect, we tip at every drink and even that has not changed their attitude! The buffet is repetitive for dinner and supper and everything in the bin is cold! But I must say that everything we ate tasted very good and we were not hungry, we were only fed up to always eat the same thing for lunch and dinner! The music at the buffet is loud and must speak loudly to understand each other! The buffet service was great!!!! The music at the pool in the morning is very loud even if there are very few people around the pool! The hotel is super beautiful, our room was very large and the cleanliness perfect! We loved the lobby, its location and its drinks!!! The 3 a la carte restaurants were really good and the favorite was the Mexican one!!! We had a great week, but this is the first time we couldn’t wait to come home!! Pros - Mexican - Location of the lobby (patio) - Drink from the lobby - Nice big clean room - Buffet service Cons - Repetitive buffet for dinner and dinner - Eaten in the very cold bins - Lobby bar service and snack bar - Loud music at the buffet and pool (in the morning it's not necessary)

I recommend this Hôtel ! Cuba is a perfect paradise to enjoy your vacation and specually in Sol Varadero Beach. Staff thé Best! Food, rions, restaurants, pool and the blue océan. If you come you can enjoy the nights with Animation Team, Melissa is thé most professions !

Thé hotel is perfect only for adults. Thé staff ls very professionnel. Restaurants À La Carte are délicious the pool clean and the beach and sand marvelous. Thanks to Yadira from the Lobby Bar, Amanda from Front Desk. I récemmend rue hotel. Wé Will come back!

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is amazing. Rooms clean, food delicious. The coffee at the lobby bar is the best. Pool so clean and the ocean is a paradise. Hotel only for adults the wifi is somerimes hard to ger the connection. I recommend the hotel.
