Vincci Seleccion Aleysa

Se puede decir que es el mejor hotel de la Costa del Sol. Una ambiente relajado y exquisito, ubicación perfecta, una gastronomía asombrosa y el mejor personal que me he encontrado jamás en un hotel, gracias a todos por un fin de semana único, Isabel y Marta en recepción, Pepi, Cristina y Belén en el restaurante, de verdad ha sido una experiencia maravillosa.

Absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Great location close to the boulevard with lots of bars and restaurants. We had a lovely room with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Wide choice of food and drinks for breakfast including sparkling wine. We hope to return soon.

This was our third time staying in The Vincci Aleysa. We would find it difficult to stay anywhere else in Benalmadena as we know from the minute we arrive, to when we leave we are well looked after. Before we arrived, we emailed Isabel and Felipe, who responded quickly. We booked their chauffeur car from the airport and arrived at about 12. Felipe welcomed us and looked after us excellently. Our room A18 overlooking the pool was spotlessly clean, with a really cosy bed and lovely Clarins shower gel and lotion. Breakfast every morning is first class, great selection, and a treat each morning. We enjoyed dining at lunchtime and also enjoyed the evening menu on our last night. We love the indoor pool, so relaxing. The hotel is very central to walk to The Marina and the views are stunning. Now to the fantastic staff who remembered us from our last visits and all are so lovely, Pepe, Carlos. Belim, Lola, Sophie, Carlos. Christina, Alfonso, and not forgetting Maria, who is a wonderful host. Our housekeeper Yenni also deserves a special mention for all her hard work, keeping our room so clean and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel, amazing staff and excellent service. We hope to return again. Thank you to Ms Carmen Segovia and all your wonderful team!
