TRS Ibiza Hotel

Pokój z widokiem na zachód słońca - wyjątkowy, jedzenie cudowne, śniadanie ekstra + ostrygi, restauracja el gaucho godna polecenia, potrzebna jest wcześniejsza rezerwacja. Ostatni pobyt pokój dwuosobowy, poprzedni C-level na tym poziomie nie trzeba niczego więcej. Polecam.

Hotel is lovely and clean. The food is fantastic, it’s all fresh and different each day. There is also a nice snack bar near the bottom pool. Rooms are lovely big and clean. The wait for a drink at the bars were poor, we didn’t go in the ‘busy’ part of may and the wait were poor. Drinks stop serving at 11 and there isn’t enough bar staff so left waiting over 35 minutes for a drink. Strawberry daiquiris and other premium drinks are extra charges The roof top pool opened from 4pm The filter on the spa pool was broken on the floor so was sharp. Over all a lovely hotel and would stay here again.

Overall our experience had good and bad points. First the good : Excellent quality and choice of food in all restaurants, friendly helpful staff, great bar service, fantastic roof top gravity bar to watch sunset, good sized pool with plenty sunbeds. Now the negative points : Lack of variety in entertainment with only a DJ at pool in afternoon and rooftop bar in evenings- no live singers guitarists. check in was lacking information on room functions, really bad experience with a group of boorish corporate conference guests creating havoc on their last night shouting and singing loudly until 3 am and running around banging on doors so no sleep that night. My understanding was that it was a holiday venue not a corporate business hotel. Generally the hotel is high quality and would be even better if these issues could be addressed. I would also say it is geared towards a younger age group who enjoy the club music scene and the choice of entertainment reflects this ( DJ playing drum and base sounds)

Second visit to TRS, great location near to the beach, and close to the legendary Pikes hotel (a must visit!) Plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool. Delicious food and good atmosphere. Signature level, highly recommended for daily access to the spa and amazing gravity bar.

A short break (4 days) Weds - Sun; two adults travelling. We chose to get a taxi from the airport and avoid the wait associated with a transfer service. This worked out really well. €40 each way and zero hassle in both directions. 25 min taxi ride with a very helpful driver with lots of tips on arrival. Hotel check in was outstanding. No wait. A porter to help us from the front door (and to get two very welcome glasses of fizz). Room was ready (1230) and we were upgraded to a junior suite with a sea view. Could not have been easier…from landing to poolside in just over an hour. The suite was great. Massive, comfortable bed, coffee machine, massive shower / bathroom, balcony, mini-bar, dressing room, robes. Clean and refreshed daily. We ate in the Capricho restaurant each day. Literally something for everyone at each meal. High quality throughout with a superb range of salads and foods for all tastes. Waiter service was spot on; maybe a bit of a wait for a glass of wine but nothing dramatic. All waiting staff were friendly and attentive. We sat at the main pool (Gaia) which always had free beds but beds were being ‘reserved’ from about 0830. Other hotels we have been too recently police this something to consider when it gets busy as some beds were reserved and then not used until the afternoon. Background music played until about 1600 at which point the vibe and volume increased (normally with a musician eg Albert Bace playing drums). Pool experience was very good overall. Pool bar was straight-forward. Drinks as you would expect from a high-quality all-inclusive. A couple of the bar staff could smile a bit more but the service was efficient. The rooftop ‘Gravity Bar’ and pool were outstanding. An amazing place to watch the sunset. It gets busy at 2030 so don’t wait! All in all a very good hotel.
