We stayed here for 8 days and have come away feeling like it was a total waste of money! This is not a 5 star hotel! Let’s start with the arrival- check in was 3pm however due to a large surge in people checking in housekeeping was massively behind. We couldn’t check into our room until 5.45pm after a long day of travelling. We were not offered any coffee etc for the hassle of our wait. On arrival to the room noting stains in the carpets on the walk to the room, I was totally underwhelmed. We booked a superior sea view room and the room is a 3 star in my opinion. No desk, limited plugs, the tv is so poor- limited channels in English and no option to connect to Netflix or other smart apps. The shower I strongly think is salty water. A room for 2 people has a one seater chair?! Resulting in the bed being used for seating throughout your time. The bathroom is visible through the room, so your partner can see you sitting on the toilet, and showering. They have a blind on the glass screen that doesn’t cover it fully and also doesn’t go to the ground (pointless). Luckily we are comfortable with one another!! And housekeeping forgetting to leave fresh towels even though you followed the guidelines outlined. Having to go to reception to ask to get fresh towels is a nuisance! But then not getting them, calling reception and STILL not getting them is unacceptable! Third time lucky after my husband going back to reception after 45minutes and making someone bring him to get towels we finally got a result! Like can you see what I mean… 5 stars!! They have signs in the room telling you dial 7 for reception. It’s actually dial 9! So heads up on that one! Will save you some steps. The WiFi throughout the hotel is so poor. Accessing emails, etc was a nightmare. Phone signal also super poor. Had to keep going outside to make calls. Housekeeping is so behind that your room gets cleaned maybe by 4pm. No turn down service which I would expect from a 5 star. The parking absolutely drove me mad! They don’t have enough room for all cars so your car is brought to another area and you’re brought to your car. The staff providing this service are a mix bag. Some are super friendly and professional. Some are so rude and speak about you as if your an inconvenience but think you don’t know as Spanish isn’t your first language. The phrase “Gringo” was used a number of times. On the last day we asked for the car to be brought up to the front of hotel so we could place our luggage etc in. We gave them 45mins notice. On check out we were told the car was waiting! No car! Shocked? Nope! The food!!!! Oh my god! What a disaster!!!! The breakfast is so underwhelming! Queues, slow service, no vegan options, tasteless! Coffee is served from machines!!!! This is suppose to be 5 star?!!!! Orange juice is scarce, food is tasteless! Oh the whole thing so poor! Same options every morning! 2 of the restaurants that are on the website are not open. We ate an evening meal here once! Again so so poor and if you book all inclusive it’s a waste of your time. As every night is the same. It’s a buffet starter?! (Repeat 5 star!!), main is SKEWERS (fish, meat or veg) and dessert is buffet. Like folks! So poor! The food options then throughout the day, super expensive, options are things like rice bowls, pizza and chicken wings and some random bits. I ordered a feta bowl one day (I’ve a fish allergy) and I had a salmon bowl placed in front of me. After waiting 45mins! When I complained it was replaced with a freezing cold rice bowl that clearly had all just come from a fridge within 5 mins! My husband ordered the chicken wings and got drumsticks! The whole thing just made me feel so ill after and I lost confidence in the food completely at that point and resorted to eating elsewhere. I want to mention at this point, I am pregnant. And I was looking forward to a relaxing holiday with possibly a spa treatment. I was told they don’t offer spa treatments to pregnant woman as the treatment beds don’t have holes in them for my stomach!!!! What?!!!! Have you ever?! Clearly we don’t know what we are talking about here. The pools are cold! None are heated. The music from surrounding hotels is super loud throughout the day and night. The beach is not the nicest on the island, quiet dirty from cigarettes and plastic waste. The pools also close at 6pm. With the lifeguards closing down umbrellas etc to encourage you to move on. Note the beach has about 20 sun loungers for people staying in the hotel. After that you pay for the sun loungers. Don’t get caught out! On checkout the lady was so rude. Did not ask how our stay was. Asked me how many nights we stayed? I replied 8, to which she said I asked you your room number?! In conclusion, the only positive I have to add is the bed is comfortable. And the modern decor in the reception area. This hotel has so much to improve on. I most certainly won’t be back. I’m really suprised with the amount of positive reviews on here. I’ve experienced some amazing 5 star hotels, and this will go down as the worst. I’d give it a 3 star hotel at a push.

This is NOT a 5* Hotel! During our stay, there were construction works both onsite and next door, which we were not made aware of as the hotel lied to our holiday provider, TUI, about this, which meant we were not able to change our booking as would not have stayed here otherwise. Food was appalling! The worst I have ever seen at any hotel (see photo)! Service if you're not directly around the main pool, very poor. Although the hotel says there are several restaurants, there is only one open during the day and two in the evening. Avoid Na Juaneta restaurant, although bar lovely for views, but very expensive! The rooms are not large and the glass wall in the bathroom gives no privacy whatsoever and the blind is less than useless! On the balcony are two chairs and a table, loungers would have been nice. The views are lovely of the bay. Be aware there is noise from the other hotel/bars. Not the tranquil environment you expect or are sold. The bay is beautiful, but the beach had cigarette ends and plastic strewn on it, which is a real shame. Local restaurants are average. One of the lifts were out for two days, there were power outages and the packing plastic was left on the smoke detector in our room, which we asked to be removed, this is a major Health and Safety issue. Wasn't clear how you find out about activities. Bath robes had seen better days, we only had one between us for the whole week, despite raising this. Extractor fan in bathroom never worked. On a positive the lifeguards, Marta, Rafaela and Juan A gave the level of service expected from a better hotel. After complaining to the Assistant General Manager about the food and other issues we were moved to their other restaurant for breakfast only, which was slightly better, but service very slow and unorganised, there seems to be a two tier system for food quality at this hotel.

Overall disappointed with the stay. Check in was great but I think we beat the check in rush as there were a few disgruntled guests in reception later on. Juan who helped us with our luggage (and also when we left) was wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean but housekeeping took our towels and robes one day and we had to call (twice) for new towels (they never replaced the robes). The mini safe never worked- we asked 4 times for it to be fixed. The WiFi was terrible. Food options were poor and the website makes it seem like there were more restaurants than there actually are. Lucky we planned to eat our most evenings. The hotel and setting are beautiful but there was construction work being done while we were there which would have been good to know about before we booked. The most frustrating part was the service at the pool. Had to hunt down staff for menus and to place orders. A few staff were hostile/rude. Drinks never arrived and we had to reorder then they tried to charge us twice. When we sat in the restaurant area (rather than by the pool) it was the same. Staff standing around doing nothing when we're waiting for our drinks, which were sitting on the bar, to be brought over. I was told I couldn't get the drinks myself. We didn't mind the valet parking situation but again a couple rude members of staff. I would understand more if it was peak season or end of season that the staff would be pissed off but now? Unless they just hate English tourists. I wouldn't stay again, there are so many other options in Ibiza.

Excellent facilities. A couple of changes needed for perfection. Positives: Setting - unbeatable view! Extra mile for additional activities eg sound healing, cinema. Relaxing from day 1. Poolside service at the club Welcome drink on arrival Enjoyed the breakfast (fresh orange juice) Chicken Club Sandwich at the Club (delicious) especially if you’re hungover Mostly friendly staff Negatives: We weren’t told that our only half board option was the restaurant on the 8th floor (by the hotel or travel agent) Same options for dinner (skewers), lasagne or chili, which is a bit basic for 5 star. No free access to kayak use or paddleboard tour as advertised (maybe too early in the season?). Big hotel with lots of areas which could be made more of, eg upper level pool bar/restaurant shuts at 7pm but the view is great and would be good for sunset drinks. We would return.

Fantastic hotel with several pools and friendly ambiance. It was everything we wish for. The spot is perfect and nature has made a good job. Fine restaurants with variety and music at dinner and during the day at the main pool. Live music that is , with very inspiring singers.
