Pobyt w hotelu oceniam na plus . Ale niestety obsługa nie do końca jest uczciwa . Zostawiłem perfumy za 300 euro w pokoju ponieważ zapomniałem spakowac. Zgłosiłem sytuację do recepcji. I okazuje sie ze pani sprzątająca nic nie znalazła. Perfumy zostały tam na 100% wuec uważam że zostały przywlaszczone

Plusy: Wygodne łóżko i dobra lokalizacja, ciekawy basen. Głośna klimatyzacja i małe pokoje.

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella for a ballroom dance competition that was being held there. The hotel itself is in a good location within walking distance to the beaches and close to Puerto Banus... if you want a taste of the high life! To be honest I spent most of my time in the hotel, because of the event being held there. Generally the hotel was in good condition, the bedrooms are a decent size and clean, although not all amenities in the hotel were included for guests. For example if you wanted to use the Spa you had to pay extra, which was surprising as I would have thought that would have been included. Due to this not many guests used the Spa and the staff were out by the pool touting for business. When we arrived at the hotel we checked in and there was a little confusion on the booking. We had booked on a package with an additional night. They initially had us checked in just for the package, when we queried the departure date they double checked and then said they had seen that we had an extra night booked. The room key is on a RFID bracelet which I thought was nice touch - however once the bracelet is on the only way to get it off is to cut it off. So either have it loose on your wrist or don't wear it if you want to remove it. I needed to remove it for the ballroom competition so had to have it cut off. The room itself was clean and decent although when I arrived the room was set up with two separate beds so I had to call reception and ask them to change the set up for one double bed, which was done later that evening. In the wardrobe they had a steamer which was very useful as I had to steam my ballroom dress. ( I did actually bring my own steamer but did not need it). However if you preferred to use an iron and ironing board - this was not available. As we spent most of our time at the hotel we had the majority of our meals in there. The breakfast was a good spread of hot and cold buffet items and self service tea and coffee machines. As it was self service no major issues. When it came to lunch / dinner we mainly had this at the Eden Pool bar / restaurant. Here in particular the service was very slow. You have to scan a QR code to view the menu but then have to wait for a server to take your order. Getting someone to take your order was always a slow process having to get their attention, and then they take their time to come over. Most of the food took about 20 minutes before being served - even if it was a salad. Again when you wanted the bill this was also a painfully slow process. Their priority was serving drinks to people by the pool rather than serving food to the guests in the restaurant. The food itself though was very tasty. The pool area was pleasant with lounges and sunbeds and towels provided. There was a stage by the pool where a DJ played music and sometimes there was live musician. Always quite noisy with a constant party vibe. If you wanted a quieter place they also had a smaller pool you could use. The day before we were due to depart our keys did not work for the room so we had to go to reception to get the keys updated to support our correct departure date. I believe they had us under two separate reservations and had not linked them which should have been picked up before we checked in, and even when we queried our departure date at check in this was still not rectified, which is why the keys stopped working. It was sorted out but there were a lot of guests in the same position due to the dance event and there were big queues at the desk. For some competitors this was even more frustrating as they had to change for their competition round and had the added stress that they might miss their round if they could not get in to their room etc Check out was smooth and it was easy to get a taxi to the airport as there was always a line of taxis outside the hotel. Overall a good hotel and we had a pleasant stay although the service and attention to detail could be improved upon.
