Plusy: Wygodne łóżko i dobra lokalizacja, ciekawy basen. Minusy (jest ich więcej): Hotel drogi i wymaga za wszystko dopłat, kapsułki kawy w pokoju, nie ważne czy jest się na 1 noc czy na 2 tygodnie - dostaje się 2 normalne kawy i 2 bezkofeinowej, pozostałe płatne. Zdanie pokoju do 13:00 ekstra płatne , lepsze leżaki przy basenie płatne , drogi parking bez zabezpieczenia. Głośna klimatyzacja i małe pokoje. Lepiej nie zostawiać pokrowców w łazience bo obsługa może uznać że są do wyrzucenia i recepcja później rozkłada ręce bezradnie. Lepiej dopłacić za pokój z widokiem na basen. Parking hotelowy drogi ( 25€ ) a nie gwarantuje nic bezpieczeństwa. Lepiej zostawić na bezpłatnym publicznym obok, za darmo, miejsca zwalniają się późnym popołudniem.

Visited hotel recently, the decor and staff friendliness is beyond expectations. Especially Laura gave us lovely welcome and hospitality. We loved all outfits displayed around the hotel... bar in lobby served amazing cocktails... Would definitely recommend this hotel

Good hotel and very helpful staff, I was impressed with the value For money. Room was clean, pool was nice and generally the hotel very nice. Good breakfast with lots of options and chef available for omelettes etc. difficult to fault really for the price.

From the moment I arrived to the morning I left everything was exceptional . Prior to my stay guest service we’re exceptional in answering any questions I had ! Big shout out to Fahd and Leyre .On arrival I was warmly welcomed and checked in with Fahd and met with Javier vibe manager who made me my check in experience stress free. Once checked in Fahd showed me around before leading me to my room. What a room ! The room was as requested king bed and pool view in fact I got a view of both pools. I had requested a record player and there was both the record player and a lovey fender guitar to jam with. Fahd was on hand daily to help with any requests and questions I had and always stoped to chat. While pools were not heated there was 2 life guards on duty who set up the sunbeds daily and always made sure there was a towel and bed set up to take in that wonderful winter sunshine and always had time for chat, thanks David and Manuel. Didn’t manage to get the poolside servers and bar tenders name but they rocked and the frozen margaritas and nachos went down a treat. GMT+1 what a bar , located in the lobby with live music in the evening was my go to daily. On the terrace overlooking Eden pool or at the counter . Indira , Araceli, Padilla , Linda , Bea and Neme looked after me well. Great drinks especially espresso martinis and watermelon red bull mojitos with lovely bar food. Rock spa , unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use it this time as I only had a short visit but the girls on reception were so helpful in any questions I asked. 24/7 access to the gym was very handy and I used it on a few occasions. Big shoutout to Patricia the rock shop manager who I dealt with on the last day, since returning home she has been so helpful in helping me organising shipping some products home what a great help you have been. Both Valet and Reception checked me out on the 8th Feb sorry I didn’t get your name but ye made everything stress free. What a great rocking stay with exceptional service , accommodation, facilities and food. I can’t wait to return and already looking at my next stay. A new HRH Marbella fan! Keith 🤘🏼

What a great hotel, staff were as good as any hotel I've stayed in around the world. This doesn't happen by accident, well done to the entire Hard Rock team in Marbella. They made us feel like the most important guests they had, brilliant hotel.
