Olea All Suite Hotel

Chyba jeden z lepszych hoteli w których byłam. Wszystko jest idealne począwszy od obsługi hotelu wszyscy są mili pomocni nie ma z niczym problemu pięknie ubrani. Śniadania obłędne jedzenie w pozostałych restauracjach też, alkohole i napoje z najwyższej półki, czysto i pięknie. Otoczenie cudowne i zadbane, widoki świetne, blisko do centrum. Brak hałasu brak dzieci brak animacji spokojna cicha muzyka wszechogarniający spokój i relaks . Polecam dla par które chcą po prostu odpocząć zaczerpnąć dobrego jedzenie dobrego wina i pięknego otoczenia . Oceniam najwyżej jak mogę.

While this hotel’s property is beautiful, the hotel’s service has some frustrating flaws. We had to continually ask to have our room’s espresso machine refilled with pods and tea refills, despite this being something housekeeping should replace every day and evening with regular service. Also, the rooms with loungers over the pool are dangerous with no caution signage. My husband slipped, hit his back, and has over 5 inches of raw skin scrapped from the concrete. Additionally, we requested that the hotel call us a taxi with a 90 minute notice to get to the airport on the day we departed. We were at the front ready to picked up 5 mins early, and we were informed that the taxi would be 5-10 mins later than expected. 15 minutes goes by and still nothing. At this point we were only 45 mins from our flight boarding and the front desk staff was not concerned or accommodating at all. This was after we had previously asked how long in advance we should be at the airport and they said as long as you’re there at least 1.5 hours before departure…25 mins late and still nothing. We asked if the hotel had a vehicle they could take us in and they basically said sorry we can’t do anything. I asked if they could try calling a different taxi and they did…3 mins later a taxi shows up. It was almost like they never called a taxi in the first place (assumption). Our taxi driver was so kind and had no idea we had been waiting so long. He said he had just gotten the call 2 mins ago. He was very kind and drove us as fast as he safely could to the airport. We had to SPRINT with all of our bags and luggage and made it to our flight literally as they were closing the boarding door. I hope other people have better experiences here. The food is pretty good but won’t knock your socks off for the price. Pool area staff are very friendly. Be warned at the spa: they will try to sell you products and more services immediately following your service. Incredibly uncomfortable and not appropriate to do at a spa of this quality. Zakynthos is beautiful, but we will not be returning to the Olea.

Really relaxing and hygienic. Everyone is so friendly including Marisa who gave a lovely massage and offered me tea and dried fruits afterwards

Fantastic hotel from every aspect. Nice and attentive staff, great breakfast, top notch hardware (comparatively across the island). They also allowed us to use the shower even after our check out as we spent the afternoon doing a tour.
