King Jason Zante by Louis Hotels

My wife Christine and i have just returned home after a superb holiday to celebrate our 60 th wedding diamond anniversary at this fantastic hotel King Jason. The staff are fantastic in every way from the lovely reception team and the customer relations team of Ana plus Michelle plus the human dynamo Eva. The restaurants teams of Angela and Katarina and Dimitris and Victoria at the pool bar with Lambros . The bar team of Anton and Roberto and Chris And Bil were all a credit to the hotel. The ever smiling manager George and the Jason and the General manager were fantastic and really made our celebrations very special. The hotel is magnificent and we shall return to this unique classy 5 star paradise which is now our favorite number 1 hotel in the world. Try this hotel for yourself and you will be astounded at the level of luxury and quality throughout.

We have just left after a wonderful holiday at King Jason Zante. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and they seem to have thought of everything. The rooms are lovely and spacious, we especially loved our swim up pool which was much larger than usual. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I really appreciated having a proper duvet rather than the sheet and blanket you normally get! We saw other people’s reviews about noise from a cockerel and dogs - there was the odd noise in the day (not that this bothered us) but we couldn’t hear it from our room at all as it was really nicely soundproofed. Likewise with the planes going over, based on the size of the island I doubt there is anywhere you can’t hear them, but this didn’t bother us at all, and again, not a problem in the room. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the service was excellent everywhere. Special shoutout to George who was always around checking everything was okay (which it was!). We ate at Pisco and Haroub twice each and loved the offering. The buffet was excellent too, we especially loved the cold salad room, and the wine cellar is a fantastic idea. The lunch in Haroub and at the buffet was delicious as well. All the drinks in the bars were lovely and were of a really high quality. We also absolutely loved being able to order off a wine list at dinner for no extra cost. All the pools were beautiful and had excellent views. Very nice and refreshing. Service around the pool was also fantastic - the hole in the table for the bucket of ice with water which arrived as soon as you sat down was a lovely touch. There were always plenty of (very comfortable) loungers no matter what time you arrived, no need to reserve beds. The evening entertainment was quite low key (usually a musician), but this was what we prefer. The saxophone and drum duo was especially enjoyable. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay and are both so sad to be coming home - we can’t remember the last time we were so sad to leave a hotel. We can’t recommend the hotel highly enough, you will not regret staying here. We will be back!

We celebrated my 50th birthday at this fabulous hotel and I can’t think of anywhere I would have rather been. Everything was wonderful, the staff were exceptional, the rooms beautifully appointed, the restaurants were delicious and the views from our swim up room were amazing. We didn’t want leave. Wished we had booked two weeks. Particularly would like to say thank you to Anna in Guest Services and Maria the Spa Manager for taking such good care of us. Also, Nora and Mixalis the massage therapists were awesome!

We had a great week at King Jason Zakynthos. A relaxed chilled atmosphere. A special word of thanks to Anna & Michelle at the reception who took good care of us. A mention to George and Anna at the WaterGarden restaurant too. We will definitely be back.

The cleanliness of the rooms are spectacular. If you need your room cleaned at any time they’re always one phone call away. Always refilling the fridge. Attention to detail through this hotel is amazing. From staff such as Giannis was super welcoming since we arrived and helped us with anything we needed through our stay. Fiden by the pool and bar was so lovely and made sure we felt refreshed at all times and just great at recommending areas to visit. You can tell the staff were holding genuine conversations. The watergarden staff - Abuki was spectacular. Again such a welcoming aura and just made our visit that little bit more comfortable. George always made sure we were happy and satisfied with our stay. Nothing was an issue for him. Overall would really recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back with my partner and family another time.
