The best hotel and best service ever! Such a lovely hotel, very friendly, best kitchen, nice location! Would like to come again for sure. Unforgettable staying, lovely moments ! Will not forget the sunsets and the kind stuff! Will not be the last time in Zante

Disappointing, had booked to visit this hotel and they cancelled around 2 weeks before we were due to fly. Booked again for the following year after being reassured by our agent and the team at King Jason, only to have the holiday cancelled again. The level of support and service has been disappointing. For example, we were only contacted by the chain as they wanted us to remove our review- which we did do when it was first cancelled. We agreed to submit an updated review following our visit. As this holiday was also cancelled by the chain, we can only submit an honest review of the service we have received and tips for travellers based on our experience. We have now twice been prevented from visiting this hotel and given meaningless promises by their social/ customer team. We loved the other King Jason hotels, but unfortunately we found this whole experience to be unorganised and disappointing- we had hoped for better from a 5 star hotel. It ruined what would have been a very special trip and we are reluctant to give King Jason another chance. Book at your own risk would be our advice- have insurance and book through a travel agent if possible, so that if you end up in the same position you won't be stuck with flights and no hotel to stay in (similar hotels in the same location book out fast in Zante).

We recently (October 24) stayed at King Jason Zante and were blown away by the relaxing atmosphere and stunning views! The combination of the swimming pool and sea views was breathtaking, and the spacious room with direct pool access was perfect. The variety of delicious food for breakfast and lunch was a real treat, and the spa packages were really worth it. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Very picky with hotels and all amenities. I cannot describe how pleased we are with this hotel. Breakfast with endless buffet, the rooms very comfy, the pool area, the service were excellent and beautiful. Not to mention overall very clean!!!!! We haven't been recommending this hotel enough!

Everything was excellent, for sure we are going again and fully recommend for couples. Very friendly staff, amazing food, cold drinks, first class coctails, very clean, comfortable bed, excellent location with amazing view. 4 days we stayed there very relaxing...
