Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel

The family like vibe of Anantara makes it a stand-out experience among premier hotels. Throughout our stay, we received unconditional welcome and all our requests were taken care of. The room itself had a brilliant view of the sea and brought in flavors of the city vibes. The thoughtful hospitality peppered with snacks and champagne brought in along with gifts for our children made our stay an unforgettable one. The breakfast is of an extremely high quality and 100% included in the stay. The servers were extremely caring and considerate. The hospitality team and concierge were impressive. Overall, one of our top experiences ever with a hotel that made us sign up as members. Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel is very professional. We did not have any issues with anything. They offered help and arranged everything that we asked for. Some of their tour partners may not be as professional. Research them before taking any tours with them. The tours arranged by the hotels were expensive and did not provide the service that was expected. The breakfast has extensive selections. We had two suits booked and asked them to be close together or connected. They could not do that even though we asked them a week in advance. Our rooms were on 2nd floor and 5th floor.

5/5 for The spa experience with Laureen and David : they were perfect!! But 2/5 for The restaurant… The service was very very long and not a 5 stars service, we were really disapointed by this restaurant. No One come to ask for a drink during your long long waiting.

From the minute we had entered the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel we were met by the lovely team at the front desk and the nice men at the front, Mathilde and Isabelle helped us find our way to the Gorgeous SEEN by Olivier Rooftop 360° view of nice restaurant, we had come for a special occasion and a close friend had bought us a bottle of wine, Mathilde had come from the reception desk all the way up to us to ensure we had received the bottle of wine which we really appreciated, when we finished at the Seen restaurant we payed the bill and the team were amazing very 5 star standard that we were hoping for, We came down and Mathilde had given us a wonderful tour of the hotel she was a star 🌟 I would only be delighted to recommend this hotel for the experience and Quality!

The location is great, but my husband and I were underwhelmed by the quality of the room and especially the service. Not necessarily rude, but not helpful and a little curt and annoyed by questions … even the Concierge desk (whose job IS to be helpful and answer questions). We paid $800+ per night for a room that sort of seemed nice but really wasn’t comfortable. The sink had no room to put toiletries / cosmetics, and it just felt like an overpriced room. We’ve stayed at their property in the Seychelles which is completely amazing, but this was a dud. I wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend.
