Kapetanios Aqua Resort

We had a recent stay at this hotel and have to say the service and facilities were excellent on our family holiday. A lovely family atmosphere and superb service from all the staff, an extra shout out to Victoria and Aris who were so helpful when we required any assistance.

We arrived at this hotel on the 8.4.2025 for a week's holiday with tui arrived at the hotel quite late around 22.35pm at night on check in we was given 3 sandwiches and 3 apples and a drink. Reception staff really nice. A member of staff took our luggage to our room for us.room was really spacious for a studio with a side view of the sea.room cleaned everyday fresh towels and bottled water. English tv which was great. Hotel really clean staff really look after this hotel.food great even my fussy 10 year old found something to eat everyday..pancakes great for the kids for breakfast.pools really cold but it is April..water park and lazy river fantastic for the kids ... the view is amazing looking out to the sea. Entertainment not the best needs to improve with more activities during the day for the kids and Entertainment at night maybe invest in different acts each night ... overall great hotel all staff amazing very friendly..hotel on a hill bit of a trek to walk up the hill ..few bars and restauraunts close by definitely will be back hopefully in a hotter month 😀

Fantastic hotel ! The staff were amazing from the start to the end! So friendly and helpful! Marina helped surprise my Mrs for her bday and also helped with ideas for my proposal! The hotel was clean throughout and a great location perfect for a family holiday! Will definitely be coming back! 🙂
