Excelente atendimento, staff profissional e correcto, sempre presente e a superar as expectativas. Desde a recepção, restaurante e funcionárias dos andares. Boa localização. Sugiro tentarem melhorar as janelas e portas dos quartos, que sao muito confortáveis , acolhedores têm bons colchões e almofadas mas ouve-se um pouco o ruido dos carros e das conversas no corredor. Comida no restaurante de boa qualidade e variedade. É de repetir a experiência. Excelentes para familias. Parabéns Magic Ski

We had a great ski holiday at Hotel Magic Ski, La Massana. The thing that really makes this hotel is the staff - always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay extra special. The rooms are comfortable, clean and warm and having a spa in the basement is great after a busy day on the slopes. The restaurant served plentiful, tasty food and we loved the plancha where the chef was always ready to cook fresh fish and meat. The warm ski locker and direct access to the gondola was super convenient and greatly appreciated.

A clean, friendly, well run hotel in a superb location right next to the Gondola station and ski hire shops. The rooms are comfortable and warm and cleaned and replenished daily. The food is plentiful and good quality at this price point. Vegetarian meals are individually prepared. We'll stay here again for sure!
