A majestic hotel paired with warm and lovely staff made for a truly special stay. My husband surprised me with a room upgrade, which was absolutely fabulous and included access to the Royal Club Lounge, an exceptional experience in itself. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed. However, I would have preferred if the bathtub faced the sea rather than being tucked away inside the bathroom. Honestly, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need, you wouldn’t even want to leave. From the comfort of the rooms to the quality of amenities, it’s the kind of place that invites you to simply relax and enjoy. Room service was a bit slow at times, but the dry cleaning service was excellent, fast, professional, and perfectly done.

Always an essential part of staying at Atlantis The Royal and conveniently locating adjacent to Nobu On The Beach! Service is excellent by all team members and big thanks and a deserved shout out to Ahmed Mohir on this occasion.. what a lovely, personable and sincerely funny guy, we will miss him getting the undertones to more champagne (when really we were saying we shouldn’t have anymore) and of course to Jenny, who we remembered from last year when we celebrated our 25th Anniversary with our children and when she learned it was now our 26th, gave us a beautiful bunch of flowers and some gifts x Much better location for speedy and personalised service than the hustle & bustle of Gastronomy (with higher quality Advocado on Toast, nice sandwiches at afternoon tea and an impressive selection of cocktails and other beverages on tap! Great job everybody and look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
