Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi

This is an ideal hotel for young families. We had a great welcome on arrival by both the doormen and reception. The food was incredible and in abundance. Different restaurants are all around the complex with a huge variety to choose from. All the chefs are so professional and their whites are immaculate and a very high standard of hygiene. Nothing is too much trouble to please your dietary requirements. All around the swimming pool area are different stations. Ice cream, milkshakes,fruit, hotdogs, doughnuts and the list goes on. The bar staff are all so friendly but incredibly professional serving amazing cocktails with a smile and warm welcome at all times. Then we have the bar waiting staff, it’s a show on its own, these talented chaps wizz around the pool serving on roller skates at high speed and doing tricks to entertain. Incredible. There’s various shows throughout the day and evening which are fabulously entertaining, and of course the all important kiddies club. Our grandchildren loved it, which gave us time to join in pole dancing in the pool with a very professional gym instructor. There are a number of classes going on all day plus a gym on sight. Claude and Joshua gave us a fond helpful farewell on our departure. We thank you all for such a memorable stay. The only criticism I could make is The Rixos hotel is a little tied in places. 10 out of 10 and we will return. Regards John and Wendy Clark

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel. My son has a severe nut allergy (sesame & shellfish) we were looked after so well. Executive Chef M.Altoyman personally catered for my son at lunchtime and at dinner. My son chose each meal and it was hand delivered by Chef Altoyman at every meal. I can honestly say it was the most relaxing holiday we have ever experienced. Having a child with a severe nut allergy is so scary when travelling. I can honestly say this hotel made us feel so safe and secure. They did not make a huge fuss. We were treated respectfully and “normally”. Nothing was too much trouble. Honestly it was so heartwarming and Chef Altoyman I cannot thank you enough for the way you looked after us and our son. You and your team are angels. On your day off Chef Hamaz looked after us. The food you prepared for us was out of this world. I cannot thank this hotel enough. A special mention to all of the staff at Flame restaurant. The service is exceptional. If you have a food allergy this hotel is the one to stay at! Just perfect. Thank you so much Chef Altoyman we are missing your food so much already! Every meal you prepared for our son was sensational! I feel inadequate cooking for him now! Thanks a million.

Comfortable for the family even with one year old baby. Staff very friendly and supportive , everything’s clean and high standards. For Room service, Buphender is so attentive, hard working and enthusiastic about his work. Rooms were always tidy very accurately. We are so grateful and satisfied.
