Club Prive By Rixos Saadiyat Island

We had an amazing and truly unforgettable stay at Rixos Saadiyat, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible care and kindness of Mahmoud and Evalyne 💛 Mahmoud was incredibly helpful, patient, and made us feel completely at home every step of the way. Evalyne was so sweet and graceful, handling everything with a smile and making sure all our needs were met with care. Thank you for making our holiday so smooth, joyful, and full of beautiful memories. We look forward to coming back again inshallah! 💛

Stayed in a 3 bed villa club Prive, as a family. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The villas are amazing, the pool, food and the excellent service. Special thanks to Evelyne and Ezz, nothing too much trouble and always a smile and warm welcome. They are definitely an asset to your hotel. Organising trips, dinners, extra hats etc. as our luggage didn’t arrive until the following day!! I can honestly say it is the perfect place to stay, the villa gives you the privacy you need with the facilities of a hotel and the added butler service is fab! We will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you again Evelyne and Ezz for everything! Hope to see you again soon.

What a wonderful time we have had. We had a villa for 5 days with our friends and loved every second. We were so well looked after by our concierge and the team. Everyone was so lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were met with bubbles and a tour on arrival, and then contacted daily to ensure we were happy. The club house is wonderful and that crispy lasagna will stay with me and my waistline for a while. All the restaurants we visited were fab. Lots of options. The villa itself was beautiful and the shared pool was the perfect temperature. The beach was picture perfect. Sand a little toasty at times but wonderful first class service for drinks etc. it was anniversary while we were there and we were surprised with cake and a decorated room. Took our breath away. Huge thanks to all the team but a special thank you to Emrullah and Mahmoud. Your attention to detail was beyond and a piece anything we could have possibly expected. I hope our paths cross again

Just returned from 5 nights at the Rixos Club Prive. Great staff, a very warm welcome and fantastic food and drink options. We have been very well looked after from the very moment we arrived. Welcome drinks on arrival and my wife had a bunch of flowers. We were given a tour of the villa and shown the Club House. All the al a carte restaurants we visited were very good. Could not fault the dinning options at all. Our personal concierge team were in touch before we arrived and checked in daily. They arranged a lovely surprise for my wife as it was our anniversary. They gave exceptional service and I can not thank Emrullah and Mahmoud enough. It has been an experience we will not forget and will certainly want to experience again.

We booked a Club Prive Villa for 5 nights. We were collected from the airport and driven straight the our Villa. No reception check in needed as it’s all done for you. Greeted by staff with prosecco and cocktails and a bunch of flowers. The best welcome we have ever had!! Our Villa had exclusive access to the Club House for dinning. The staff were very attentive, remembering our drinks and coffee orders through the week. Food has been outstanding. We were pre-booked in at the al a carte restaurants for each evening of our stay. We were escorted to each restaurant so we knew where to go, made sure we had a good table and ensured we were going to be well looked after. Our designated concierge team messaged us each day, with activities, dinner reservations and answers to any of our questions. They were so accommodating. Even sorting out a surprise for our Wedding Anniversary. The hotel and facilities are lovely. The beach is beautiful and again we had our own designated beach area with butlers on hand. The whole holiday has been amazing. So impressed!! The staff are lovely. I would personally like to say a huge thank you to Emrullah and Mahmoud for looking after us so well. We were treated to a Turkish breakfast on our last morning . A great experience!! From start to finish it has been a pleasure…We will certainly be returning!!xx
