We have very nice family holiday. Good food and drinks, friendly staff,clean room. Kids have lots of fun in the kids club and in the splash park.

Really great resort for families with kids! The emblem restaurant offers a varied menu every night and the service of Erica was great! She was really good with our kids and made sure they had a good time.

Absolutely brilliant. Changed to fully inclusive after a few days as it was so much more practical and then had no need to leave the complex. My granddaughter had the time of her life and met new friends and loved the pools and the chutes, the entertainment was great for families and would definitely go back again and wouldn’t even look at anywhere else. The staff were so helpful and the food was brilliant and I’m a fussy eater. Plenty to eat and drink all day when fully inclusive.

The holiday was an early surprise birthday present for me and my family my wife arranged it all ,I've never been to Gran Canaria before 😊,but I absolutely loved it your complex was amazing to the entry into it spacious modern appealing from the get go staff super friendly and very helpful we arrived after 9 at night and after we got fitted with our entry band that we wore the entire trip as it got us into room and put of complex on a daily basis and showed bar staff we were staying ,it took us a few goes to find our room in the dark but we got there ,it was a proper apartment all the ground floor, all open planned beautiful big living area kitchen with all the normal stuff good size bathroom big walk in shower with waterfall shower which I love and 2 Huge bedrooms with our room big superking bed really comfy, in the morning I was blown away beautiful complex palm trees everywhere gorgeous, 3 good size polls 3 restaurants ,including a great Italian you have to book very busy but worth it ,breakfast was fantastic so much choice great quality of everything and cooks there to make you eggs etc Ioved the tortilla omelette super yummy, bar staff were fantastic very helpful, just loved it definitely being coming back hopefully in October 😊😊😊😊

Lovely setting, like an oasis - bungalows with lawns and palm trees - in contrast to the high rise developments elsewhere. Excellent facilities - lots for everyone to do (our family group ages 1 - 74) and space for quiet relaxation if preferred. Great choice at mealtimes - everyone from gannets, fussy eaters, infants and vegetarians were well catered for. Friendly, cheerful staff. Helpful reception staff. Only lost one point because it took 3 days to cure a problem with a mass ant invasion in one of our bungalows (solved by move to another bungalow and compensated for with free spa pass)
