Broncemar Beach

Świetne miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili pracownicy, czyściutki pokój, byliśmy już z mężem w wielu miejscach i to nas mile zaskoczyło! W dniu przyjazdu zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni i otrzymaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie! 🙃🙃 bardzo dziękujemy zwłaszcza paniom na recepcji! Polecam

We visited for a week in March and stayed in a junior suite located by the pool and pool bar. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for self catering. Outside we had our own terrace with table and chairs and a bed for sunbathing. The only downside was the shower as it was very slippy in there also the water flooded onto the bathroom floor every time you used it due to the floor between the two not being deep enough. There were always plenty of sunbeds around the pool , even though it was busy. Pools were cold but it was March. There is an onsite shop that sells essentials and is not too badly priced. Supermarkets are about a five minute walk. Cannot comment on the food as we never ate there. The Broncemar is a perfect location for restaurants ,bars , shops etc

We are here now. This hotel has definitely gone downhill. This is the fourth time we have been here and the neglect in the maintenance of the hotel is clearly visible. The staircase up to reception is shocking. Lights on the stair treads are not protected and wires are exposed. This is a health and safety issue. The lights outside of apartments do not work, 10 bulbs out in the dining room. It wouldn’t take a lot to remedy these things, but obviously the management don’t care enough about their customers to sort these things out. Staff are amazing. When we have stayed on 3 other occasions I have been able to have gluten free pizzas and pasta. They say they no longer provide this. We had booked to return for 14 nights in September but we are going to cancel on returning home. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Due to all the negative comments about the Broncemar we were worried but that all went away when we arrived. Great hotel, rooms were big and clean, towels changed daily beds made and changed. Food was very good and due to comments not what we expected, restaurant can be busy but you did not have to wait long for a clean table. Great location so near to everything, including some great restaurants and bars. Staff were lovely but Valentina at the reception went above and beyond for us she was amazing. We will be back

Great location an lovely staff great food although after 10 days you really gets bit boring but you can see chefs efforts to please all. No loundry service but great animation staff spacious rooms good quality sleep if you are a bit away from restaurant and animation. Good small shop on site kettle and coffee machine in the room no washing up liquid or scrubs but not a big deal. Towels were changed every other day bedsheets once in 10 days not a problem if you ask they will provide clean good place
