Broncemar Beach

Świetne miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili pracownicy, czyściutki pokój, byliśmy już z mężem w wielu miejscach i to nas mile zaskoczyło! W dniu przyjazdu zostaliśmy mile zaskoczeni i otrzymaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie! 🙃🙃 bardzo dziękujemy zwłaszcza paniom na recepcji! Polecam

This was possibly the worst all inclusive we have stayed at regarding food. No real choice as very limited. The lunch if not eaten was reused again for the evening meal. Snacks comprised of cold hotdogs/burgers on a plate in the bar area covered by clingfilm which was allowing people to pick food up with their hands and then put it back down when they decided they didn’t want it. They left the food partly uncovered which allowed flies to land on the food and become trapped under the covering. On a plus there were branded soft drinks available. The rooms were nice and spacious and comprised of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette with a small sitting balcony and a sunbed terrace (we stayed in a deluxe superior). The downside of these rooms is that there is no air conditioning (we knew this on booking and thought we would manage but the heat and no air conditioning made it quite unbearable) plus the hotel had ran out of additional fans. It states free wifi throughout hotel and in the rooms but this was very unpredictable and inconsistent so don’t rely on this facility. The hotel itself was nice and modern and staff were very polite and friendly. The downside was the amount of steps to get anywhere within the hotel and as the room are individual, small blocks there were no options for lifts. The location of the hotel is good and is very close to the resort centre. The pool area was nice and spacious. However, getting a sunbed was quite difficult with people getting up ridiculously early to claim a bed. We had sunbeds and on one day left our beds and towels to get some food and when we came back 3 of our beds had been taken by someone else who had thrown our towels off and onto our other beds. The games room is extremely neglected and very hot. It had 2 pool tables. One was completely broken and the other one did not have a complete set of balls to use. There was a table tennis table but only one ball available which was dented. A football table but again wasn’t playable. The things that would be used were the payable things such as on arcade car game and a darts game. There was a supermarket on site which was well stocked and a really convenient thing to have within the complex and was very reasonably priced. The entertainment team worked extremely hard and put in a lot of effort to entertain the guests. In the evening however, there was only one bar open which caused long queues at times. We loved Fuerteventura and the resort of Caleta de Fuste and would definitely return but sadly not to this hotel and that is solely down to the lack of food choices for the all inclusive option. If the all inclusive was improved we would absolutely consider returning but air conditioning would be needed! 🥵

It's a lovely hotel-very clean and most staff are lovely..if you need anything sorted they are quick to oblige..apart from a few days we didn't get housekeeping our travel rep sorted this quickly...Not really liking the food but that's my personal input... Would come back in a self catering package as it's close to the main bars & entertainment..

Not the greatest of first impressions as it took the world's slowest receptionist over 45 mins to check us in. The rooms are spacious and we had no real issues with cleanliness. Cleaner forgot to leave towels once but quickly resolved by reception. No aircon, but a large ceiling fan that did the job. As mentioned in other reviews, the showers are poorly designed and you have to put a towel down to catch all the water leaking from the shower. Two good sized pools along with a kids pool and splash area. Had to get up early to get sunbeds but no different to any other hotel. Not sure why other reviewers have criticised the sunbeds - they are bog standard sunbeds. The hotel is on the flight path and you do get planes going over every 10 mins but this wasn't really a problem for us. Coackroaches - I wouldn't go as far as saying the place is "infested" like other reviews but we did see a few, including a couple in our room unfortunately. Kids club was basic but did the job. Food was nice enough but a little repetitive (similar to many all inclusive hotels really). Poolside snacks weren't great. The entertainment team were very good and clearly worked hard. I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned in more other reviews, but the music for the nighttime entertainment was very loud and went on rather late for a family hotel. If your room is near the stage area you've got no chance of going to sleep until the music stops. There's simply no need for it to be that loud. All in all, a decent, reasonably priced hotel. Some of the negative reviews are over the top, but it wasn't a 4 star hotel for me - I'd give it 3 stars.

This was unfortunately the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our room was only cleaned once during the entire week, and the lack of basic hygiene was evident throughout the hotel. The small sit-in pool left both of us with rashes on our legs, likely due to poor maintenance and cleaning. Communal areas around the bar and pool were consistently filthy, with rubbish left on the floor and no effort made to tidy up. The food was okay but very repetitive, which made dining a bit dull by the end of our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed and wouldn’t return.
