Aktiv- und Vitalhotel Erica

Thank you to team hotel Erica for making our stay memorable. The concept of the hotel with all in one is very recommendable. the food are superb from day to day. The service was very personal and very friendly. Everyone knows everyone most likely even only after 3 days. Peter, our Sommelier, is very knowledgeable on the wines from the region. Go find him and he will take care of you on your whole stay. Would also recommend to try the Bowtech massage. It really works on you! the only thing I wished was offered is the winery tour around Bozen or Tramin area. It would be ideal for people who are wine lovers and don‘t want to drive after enjoying some wines. Other than that, it was a very memorable stay in Hotel Erica. Will definitely come back!

Extraordinary mixture of services, gastronomy, wellness, care, Italian style with a lot of local influence. Not far from the fantastic ski resort Obereggen (shuttle available, very helpful, thank you guys!!!!), the hotel provides an interesting system of 3/4 pension, from which dinner is state-of-the art! Breakfast not to be underestimated! Its not cheap at all, but it worth every penny!!

Our arrival in Nova Ponente was already a great experience. It’s a beautiful, quiet little village in the beautiful sud Tirol. The owners son gave us a very nice tour around the area. When me and my cousin arrived at the hotel we enjoyed a very warm welcome. A nice pasta was prepared for us straight away. The owner of the hotel greeted us personally and we where shown to our room. The room was very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony. What made our visit truly exceptional is how we were treaties by the family that runs the hotel and tts employees. Also, the facilities in the hotel were sublime! The spa and wellness area was beautiful and very relaxing. As we enjoyed warm weather on our visit, the pool was a very nice plus. And so was enjoying a great wine in the hot tub after a day of breath taking scenery in the area. Forever grateful for this experience and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to just relax and enjoy good food and wine, be active and enjoy nature or do both!

Da tempo ormai ho l’abitudine di leggere le recensioni per orientare la mia scelta riguardo l’hotel in cui trascorrere qualche giorno di relax e devo riconoscere che, anche stavolta, è risultata una pratica vincente. Erica - Wellness & Vitalhotel soddisfa in pieno le aspettative delle stelle che sfoggia: pulizia delle stanze, gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, garage interno, spa meravigliosa. L’area wellness è proprio il punto di forza della struttura: lettini ad acqua massaggianti, sauna panoramica, amache, la stanza della neve unica nel suo genere, la discrezionalità delle luci blu nella zona docce, cuscini e morbide coperte in ogni dove, acqua delle piscine sempre caldissima, bagni puliti. La mia camera è stata una chicca: tutta tappezzata di vero e profumato legno, studiata nei minimi dettagli per valorizzare ogni angolo, dotata di tutti i confort…uno fra tutti? Il TOPPER!!! Nooo, quando l’ho visto mi sono sentita al settimo cielo, emozionata a tal punto da posizionare nella mia memoria questo hotel sulla vetta della classifica di un’ipotetica puntata di 4HOTEL!!! Complimenti ai proprietari per la scelta dello staff e per la funzionalità dell’intero albergo, bravissimi 👏🏼 Unici consigli che mi sento di dare, che ho anche appuntato sul foglio di valutazione a fine soggiorno e che condivido con qualcuno che ha recensito prima di me, sono quelli di includere nell’offerta anche l’acqua ( al momento è a pagamento a tutti i pasti) e di garantire il servizio navetta negli orari indicati, ma senza l’obbligo di prenotazione perché fare le corse a colazione o voler tornare prima dalle piste non deve far sentire condizionato l’ospite. Per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Hotel molto ben tenuto con un rapporto qualità / prezzo alto. Ottima posizione soleggiata con bella vista dalla camera, del resto il paese di Nova Ponente è in una splendida posizione. Camera confortevole e pulita. Ristorazione eccellente dalla colazione alla merenda per finire alla cena, molto curata e con materiali di prima qualità. Si è trovata molto bene anche mia moglie celiaca che ha avuto il menù con pochissime differenze dagli altri. Una nota particolarmente positiva per la SPA, davvero molto bella, ambienti rilassanti e curati anche nei dettagli. Titolari e personale molto accoglienti cordiali e disponibili, non dappertutto è così, complimenti!
