Bad experience with dirty room condition and no service and no loyalty benefits at all. Broken wardrobe, dirty handle, moldy shower head！Air conditioner was noisy but of no use. Mosquitoes fly around you all nights.

I always choose NH hotels, when it comes to business trips, but also short holiday trips. Location is convenient and facilities and service is at the top level. In most NH Hotels, I have had access to the gym and spa facilities, which has made my stay very pleasant.

Booked as a surprise 60th for my wife, on arrival, I was notified that my hotel booking had been cancelled! And I was to contact my tour operator, I spent two hours at reception on the phone trying to sort the calamity out, the hotel was adamant that the tour operator had not confirmed the hotel booking, even after the tour operator confirmed to the hotel reception staff that the hotel booking was live! While at reception, another couple was checking in, and they were offered an upgrade, but we were not poor customer relations! A meal in the restaurant was offered while trying to sort a confirmed hotel booking, but this was later withdrawn, and one alcoholic drink each was offered! Poor customer relations! The hotel reception staff eventually accepted the hotel booking, and we were able to stay as they had a room; had this been in the height of the season, a room may not have been available! This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, and I was very upset by this, having had to keep this a surprise from my wife for over 12 months! A telephone call from the tour operator confirmed that the hotel's head office had cancelled the booking, and there was no apology from the hotel reception staff! Overall, the hotel is in a good location close to restaurants, the train station, and the city's sights.

I went off trip advisor reviews and the hotel was on point when it came to the wow factor and location was ideal. It’s in a very scenic are of Venice and you can just potter about the streets and cafes immediately. Theres also a mini supermarket a few doors down. Staff were helpful and kind, decor was beautiful. Beware of the church bells going early in the morning. It woke us up every morning. I dropped a star mainly due to the room not having a kettle or tea and coffee facilities. For the price paid this was a drawback as a huge tea lover. Apart from that the room and bathroom were cleaned to a very high standard and we would stay again.

This place blew all my expectations out of the water. it was nothing but nice the room was amazing the walls are covered in some sort of fabric that stops sound! the location great the staff wonderful if I come back again I will be staying with them
